My family and I had frequented Vice in the summer of 2014 (almost every day for 3 months) and also numerous times in the summer of 2013. We were so excited to go there again now that we are back in Rome for summer 2016. However, we were shocked. The place is now dingy, dirty, and I agree completely with... More

Went in from a long walk with family including kids. Gelato was ok. But that's not the challenge with this location. The women working was a bit gruff and I didn't mind that she was disinterested in serving the product, but cleanliness was the issue. The front of the store was fine, but behind the counter and her lack of... More

This small shop (easily missed) offers really good fruit based gelato. Not a large selection of flavors, nor large scoops, but if quality is important to you, this store is worth a visit.

We've visited a few Gelateria's and we probably enjoyed this the most. We found the service to be excellent, the staff took their time to help us choose, offering many samples to help us decide. This unfortunately made it more difficult as they were all so good!!! Price was reasonable, and we were able to eat whilst looking at the... More

We tried the pistachio, hazelnut, vanilla and raspberry gelato and it was just perfect! Exceptionally friendly service for Rome.

We stopped here for gelato several times during our visit to Rome. Excellent! Fragola (strawberry) and limone (lemon) and cocca (coconut) and mandorla (almond). Wish we had discovered it earlier in our visit. They also had a refrigerated case of desserts that looked absolutely fantastic.

I attended an Italian class farther to the west on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, and discovered Vice upon walking back to the place where I was staying. This became a habit on every class day, the perfect place to stop before making the last few blocks of the trip. Don't ask me what flavors I tried - I think I... More

In the August heat, nothing is as wonderful as gelato, and V-ice remains one of my favorites, for quality, deep and rich flavors, and an amazing texture. Today we had mango, pistachio, a rich chocolate, hazelnut, and a fabulous vanilla. Totally delicious!

Fantastic flavor selection with the very finest ingredients. Smooth, creamy and perfect in every way. Pistachio and Valrhona were my two favorites.
