This bar was busy when we visited. one person ordered a beer, pointing to a pint size glass on the table beside us. However the waiter brought a litre glass which cost €15. The second person asked for water and was charged €3.50 for a small cheap plastic bottle of still water. Toilets were down-stairs and had only 2 cubicles... More

The sandwiches and the wrapped style pizza was not too bad, the coffee was NO good and was very expensive for what it offers. The location though is very good.

This place is located right in front of one if the most notable sites, Altar of Fatherland (monument to the unknown soldier) and Piazza Venezia. You will literally sit and enjoy the view and have a few bites. We had pizza and couple beers. The servers were very friendly. In general, the servers are very friendly to the kids. They... More

The beer was good, cold and expensive. We split 50/50 on the sandwiches, l thought my club (egg, ham, cheese, artichokes etc) was good, my dining companion did not care for his ham and cheese. This is a tiny place on a corner, we were hungry and not much else appealed to us in the area. It was good for... More

I have never met ruder unhappy unwilling to work waiters in my life. The food was awful. I have no clue where they found such bad ice cream in Italy. Double the price then proper cafes. Avoid at all costs.

Be aware of the prices. It's NOT worth it. We had two sandwiches, a cappuccino and two glass of Aperol Spritz for 41 Euros. The Aperol was 12 Euros/each. I didn't believe it! We had a 1400 km road trip in Italy, and the Aperol Spritz was 3-4 or 5 euros everywhere. The sandwich was 4.50 Euro, but when you... More

We passed this bar and thought it was okay to have simple breakfast. We had a sandwich, double espresso and a small orange juice each with the three of us and paid 58 Euros. A TOTAL RIP OFF! They only charged us this because we were not Italian. Although the food and drink was of good quality, I would not... More

Don't be sucked in by the great location of this place. The prices are a joke. The toilets are a health risk and the waiter is an old grump.

Great location in Piazza Venezia for people watching. Two cappuccinos and two toasted sandwiches cost EUR18! And cappuccino was average. From a food point of view, not really value for money. Having said that, the overall atmosphere of the cafe is good and it feels like you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.
