The gelato here has a got a smooth and consistent texture. They use fresh fruits, so it tasted very refreshing. However, I found the gelato is little bit too sweet for me.

This little place never had a line--unlike some of its more famous neighbors-- but the prices are very reasonable and they properly store their product in covered canisters. They have many flavors, the ones you expect and some not. There ginger flavor was excellent, as...was the chestnut and honey. Good stuff!More
After letting the wife decide on ice cream and Gelato every day for the last few days I finally got to decide. Real fruits without all the sugar. Not too pricey either. Just pure deliciousness
I loved this place! I had the chocolate orange and afternoon eights, which were super lovely! I highly recommend.
I love pineapple gelato and it is hard to find. Quinto had it and it was a creamy dream! Little hole in the wall place with 2 tables inside and a couple of tables outside. Not at all fancy but definitely nice assortment of flavors...and lots of fruity flavors.More
Very good gelato with a wide range of flavors. Right off of Piazza Navona so if you are looking for good gelato in the area it is worth stopping by.
Frankly, around Piazza Navona is full of tourist traps. And bad ice creams. It was a great surprise for me to discover this small nice unpretentious place two years ago: a nice tiny indipendent shop (let's stop supporting the chains and big corporate) with friendly...service, interesting tastes and honest prices. Maybe it is not Giolitti (also for the furniture, the building and history), but it is cheaper, and you don't have to cue so much.More
Came here and was impressed with the wide range of flavors they offered - was every bit as good as some of the gelato we got on Piazza Navona and by the Pantheon and was cheaper to boot.
Dropped by this place twice during our stay, and both times they were extremely packed! Well worth the visit though, and you will not be able to make a choice so easily as the selections are so plentiful. Pay at the counter first, get a...ticket and head over to choose your gelato.More
We stopped in this shop on a rainy day in November and was impressed with the gelato! Because of the weather it was not busy but I can see how in warmer months this place could have a line that stretches for a block! For...one of the tourist areas it is reasonably priced and the counter help was extremely nice! The mango flavor gelato my wife had was great and I had chocolate with strawberries and hazelnut flavor gelato I had was really scrumptious! It is known as one of the best gelato places in Rome and I heartily agree.More
small shop just off Piazza Navona but so worth finding..... we stayed just around the corner at Eitch Borromini & stopped here at least 2x's per day..... quality is excellent, selections are great & service is great and delivered with a smile.... can't wait to...go back !!!More
Best ice cream I've ever eaten! And really cool little shop as well, much more fun than your typical gelateria. Definitely go here if in the area!
Enough choice. Friendly staff (try to help you in English where needed). Less than 100m from Piazza Navona
This is supposed to be the # 16 gelato in Rome, but we were underwhelmed. I am not sure why everyone has given this place such great reviews I've had better gelato in Rome so this is not a place we would go back to....We had a cup with chocolate, malaga (vanilla and raisin), and zabaione (eggnog) for 4€. The consistency and flavors were not all good. The zabaione, one of more common and liked flavor of the Italian gelato making, was very watery and you could feel it from little pieces of ice inside. It looked and tasted like a yellow coloured, sugary and tasteless sorbet instead of a creamy egg and Italian Marsala wine from Sicily. It was scandalously bad. Avoid it. We were looking for something a little creamier and denser. The Malaga flavour (very similar but distinc from the classic American flavour Rum raisin ice cream but “without Rum’), was much better. Quantity over quality: it is likely the cheapest place in Rome with sizeable portions. The location is conveniently very close to Piazza Navona. That explains why customers, almost only tourists from abroad, go there, attracted by price and probably by TA stickers as well. They are invited to write a review on TA.More
They sell the most yummy and wonderful gelato in the whole Rome, not only it is on a high street and considerably cheaper than the competition, but they fill the cup twice as much as the others! Me and my family came here every night...during our holiday, thank you Quinto Gelateria!More
