We were just passing by and iam craving for sweets.hmmm ..lets try this place.Inside the shop was amazing! The guy behind the counter let us taste almost every gelato there .We bought chocolate, coconut, pistachio, mango .and more chocolate. Then i stymbled on their hot chocolate.THE BEST! I wont drink any hot chocolate again except "Venchi" I bought the tin can and iam coming back! So So Good! Yumyum..lol..

We ordered crepes with chocolate sauce and i got the option with gelato. They were made fresh and the guy making it for me helped me choose two delicious options for the gelato. Now onto the 5 stars, the beautiful and very sweet lady working there spoke with us about our trip while she was pouring some chocolate. We told her we were going to Naples and even though she was busy she named a few places to eat and things to see. Like.. helping a customer and coming back to give us another name then helping another customer then coming back to give us a place. Just so nice that she went out of her way to help us and talk to us about our trip! She also taught us the difference between Rome and Naples pizza! She recommended Sorbillo in Naples and it was FANTASTIC. Best pizza we ever had. Unreal. (I think her name was possibly Cristina...)

The gelato from here is really good. So many different flavours to choose from. They also sell packaged chocolate and fresh desserts. The shop itself is stunning, with a big chocolate fountain. No seating but this shouldn’t be an issue. We took our gelato and enjoyed it as we watched the Trevi Fountain in the dark.

The shop looks amazing, great decor, 'chocolate' waterfall running down the wall etc, but I was disappointed in the actual gelato.
I tried 5 flavours, and none blew me away, in fact it was the least impressive gelato of the whole trip.
It all looked amazing, but the taste didn't match this.
The smaller shops, with no pretence, or even signs outside are the way to go.

A very nice store that makes you wanna eat all the chocolate in there!!it has a great variety of Gelato flavors.. My favourite is pistachio.. The extra secret is that they add some extra chocolate on the bottom, like a little surprise! It's worth the try!

This place is in the heart of Rome's Historic Center, very close to the Piazza Spagna. We visited just at beginning of the holiday season, and it was bustling with people. Long lines, but they moved quick. Gelato was great. I'd recommend having lunch/brunch/dinner at Ginger just down the street, followed by pistachio or chocolate gelato here at Venchi!

OMG! I can’t explain how great this gelato is. I ate it twice in one day it was that good. If I could have eaten it after every meal, I would have. Their Nougatine is to die for. I also tried the tiramisu, cappuccino and mascarpone, honey & walnut. Everything was so delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the flavors. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of scoops you get. Plus, they always top it off with a piece of chocolate.

While walking down the Spanish steps and area around we came into this Venchi gelatteria, as everytime we wanted to try Venchi icecream there were lines in front.
The icecream is just beautiful. Go and try, you won’t regret it. And the lovely guy who was serbing us speaks perfect English

James, Alessio, and Chiara were incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. Their customer service really made the experience even more enjoyable. The gelato was absolutely delicious too! I highly recommend stopping by if you're ever in Italy.🇮🇹

The store feels like Willy Wonka designed it. This establishment is filled with color and scent from wall to wall. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They take so much pride in their work and it shows in every aspect of this establishment. Moments after finishing my cone, I felt the desire to walk back and get another.
This is a must stop anytime of day.

In the heart of Italy's capital this little treasure is definitely worth visiting. Great variety of flavors and gift options.
Amazing setting with the chocolate cascade on the wall
The only inconvenience is that you need to be in queue for a lot of time..

Best Gelati in Italy. Queenie was a great server. Loved the heritage trio ❤️❤️❤️❤️ we queued at Via del Corso for awhile then ate the next day here
