The store was very neat - they had a chocolate section for gifting and then there was the gelato section. Not a huge selection of flavors, and the ones I bought were ok. They do have a neat chocolate tap that has hot chocolate pouring...out of it so they can coat your cup or cone with it prior to putting your gelato in there.More

Waiting line is tooo big and ice cream is good but not the best. I don’t think I would wait 30 minutes again for this ice cream.

Just wowed! The whole place is really fantastic! This place is the heaven of chocolate lovers! The ice cream is the best ever… plenty of tastes and nice prices!

Our golf cart tour guide took us here in June 7 and we were completely ignorant about the dynamics of the place, when to order, what to put on top of the gelato, etc., but ever so patiently and graciously the employees helped us through...the whole process, and gelatos were awesome! So good that later on I couldn't help getting another Venchi gelato at Venice train station.More

Nice flavors, nice service. Always crowded but a wait of not more than 15'. You also can choose chocolate....so perfect combination GELATTO & CHOCOLATE

Oh my goodness. I never heard of Venchi before, but on a recent trip to Rome and rest of Europe, I saw this huge line in front of a store with what looked liike a chocolate waterfall. I tried their chocolate and gelato and I...have been addicted ever since. Each European city I visited after leaving Rome, the first visit was to that city's Venchi! One of the Roman staff asked me when I was from and I said I was from NY. He said, " Oh we have a few locations in NY! " Yipee!! My favorite treats was a vanilla gelatoshake(basically a milkshake made with gelato- oh so good)) any of their pistachio chocolate combinations. Check them out, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! A must-try for ice cream in Italy! A wide selection of flavours - the tiramisu was my favourite! You could also choose to have cream on the top and a choice between melted dark or milk chocolate for the cup/cone. Shiny decor inside and options to purchase chocolate on the side of the store. It seems like a big brand for sweets so you should try it!
