Without question best meal I had in Rome!! Small, cozy place with a friendly host. Small menu but great food, especially the carbonara!! and of course the tiramisu.. the best I have ever had, well balanced.

Without question best meal I had in Rome, possibly Italy. Very simple but done extremely well. Recommend the burrata, carbonara and the oxtail. Don't write reviews often so that's saying something. Lovely service too. Had to wait a bit but there is a little bar...More

This place was fantastic. Small, but cosy, and very attentive staff that had a laugh with us. The menu is small, but perfectly balanced and good veggie options too. The place was chocca as soon as it opened, and we were relieved to have made...More

Is a very small restaurant and it takes awhile for us to find it as the numbering on the street is very confusing. They open for late lunch and so we are lucky that they still serve us. The food is good and the owner...More

Very little to say about this place, except it's just spot on. Everything about it is wonderfully Italian. It is a very authentic place, bustling with locals and tourists alike. The food is simple, but full of flavour. They know what they do, and they...More

The pasta is fresh/handmade and the sauces the best. We always make time to stop into this tiny restaurant in Trastevere when we come to Rome. The Tiramisu is the creamiest and probably the best we have ever had (aside from Nonna's).

On our last night in Rome we sought a capstone dining experience. Just down the street was this unassuming but constantly busy restaurant. We went the day before to make reservations and were glad we did. By opening time the next evening the wait was...More

Adrian couldn't have delighted the family more with his great attitude and want service. The food was very good and for the price a great value. Based on all the reviews we ordered accordingly....the panzanella, fried artichokes and the oxtail. We also enjoyed pasta and...More

After a trip of a lot of high end meals, we wanted classic Roman fare in a classic setting. Well, we should have just gone to Da Enzo every night. Not only was the food fresh and perfectly prepared but it was reasonably priced, the...More

My husband & I went on a food tour of Trastavere (Eating Italy- highly recommended!) and Da Enzo was one of the restaurants we visited. The food was so good, we had to return! We had lunch there the last day of our 3 week...More

Trastevere
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Hi Jillian....I am a customer, like you, and received your request for a reservation in September (good planning!) by error. Resend it directly to the restaurant...and definitely go!
