Excellent place. I intentionally uploaded two bottles of wine offered in the menu. Both are outstanding and very hard to find in the stores. Otherwise, fried anchovy was a very tasty appetizer. Main courses were excellent too. Highly recommend to make a reservation!

Environment: cosy & romantic. Good for big groups too. Service: 4.5/5 What we ordered: "Tonnarelli Alla gricia gnorante" - 5/5 Handmade pasta with alot of pork meat and sausages. My personal favorite. "Carbonara" - 3/5 Bruschetta (mixed) : 5/5 bread with artichokes, mushrooms & cabbage...*Must make reservations before going *The "small portion" is very big for one person. Highly recommended. Would come here again.More

Is what you look for ... Tried a couple of restaurants before coming here and we never came across such a atmosphere. First thing first , we were lucky enough to eat there because usually it's full reserved so it's better to call to book...in advance. So keep that in mind. Coming from Greece and as a waitress in tourist department I always look to make any customer ,no matter where he comes from , feel like I am here to take the best care of him. This is what I look in restaurant. Usually in Greece we tend to over exaggerate how we treat our customers but I thinks it's in our culture , not everybody most of us , we arent all perfect. I ain't no food expert (but we did like everything we are and at good prices also), I ain't no wine expert . I just love an atmosphere that can make me feel I am home . So if you are looking for that come here. Lovely service done in this place but it gets busy fast so be patient and respect the staff . And this guy is perfect and huge respect man.More

Go find this place. Do yourself a favor. We had the pasta, and it was great. I had the Tonnarrelli all gricia and my wife had something in a red sauce. Both were lovely. The carafe of the house vino was cheap and good, not...too sweet. The service was great. The pasta comes in several sizes and she talked me down in size. MAKE A reservation, you won't be sorry. It's a nice walk across the bridge from central Roma. High praise for this place.More

Our tourguide recommended us this restaurant. Although it doesn’t have terrace and you actually have to go inside to find out what kind of restaurant it is we were positively surprised. Nice and cool, relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by Italian families and served typical Roman dishes....A real nice experience an not rushed! 👌🏻More

We came here 2 years ago as it was a recommendation from our friend who lives in Italy. We had one of the most amazing experiences. Great owner (we felt like family when we left), incredible food (cacio e pepe & oxtail specifically), wine, and...great ambiance. We talked about this experience for years and have recommended this spot to so many of our friends that come back with similar stories. We have been traveling this year in SE Asia and just started our Europe trip 1 month ago and this is by far one of our FAVORITE restaurants we have been too. Fast forward to last night, even better experience! How is it that last night was even better than the first time? We were here for almost 4 hours last night and were the last to leave. Two bottles of wine, tons of pasta, meat (got the oxtail again), veggies, and followed up with some grappa. The food is just incredible. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. We hope to be back soon and hopefully not having to wait 2 years this time! Thank you GG for such a wonderful experience!!More

Besides the very good pasta condiments, you can choose the size of your portion. The small one is already 100gr(or a bit more, can’t remember!) and it’s definitely enough for 1 person! Even if you order entres(antipasti) this is the right portion! My husband ordered...a medium size, 250gr, and he didn’t manage to finish it! Carbonara or amatriciana is what you have to try, but cacio e Pepe is very good too! Book in advance, especially if you want to go for dinner and over the w/e! We went for lunch and didn’t have problems to book last second! Great service tooMore

This restaurant puts bread on your table and charges it illegally 1.5€ per person. It's actually coberto but they pretend it's for the bread (which is illegal anyway). Crooks.

Visited here after reading reviews in TA. We were staying in Trastevere so if was onlyn polite to pop in! We didn't make a reservation, but it was earlyish and they found us a table. I'd recommend booking ahead if you want to eat here,...as we saw them have to turn people away not long after we arrived. Anyway, we were well looked after with fantastic service. The pasta dishes come in 3 sizes. We had no idea so ordered medium portions, which were huge. You really will struggle to get through it, especially if you have a starter (really - you will struggle!). Would go back there in a flash next time I'm in Rome.More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

I'm not sure you'll get an answer from the restaurant here. They do have a website (I'd share the link but TripAdvisor doesn't allow that). Just Google them and a link to the restaurant's website will be in the Google... More

Yep for sure. My partner wore denim knee length shorts and a button up. There was also others in the restaurant in normal t-shirts. I'd say casual/smart casual is appropriate
