“3Quarti” is a new restaurant in the heart of the quarter Prati, exactly in Via Attilio Regolo 21, very close to the vatican and the old town center of Rome. The ambient is well appointed, the style is very familiar, enhaced by bright colours and modern lines in the frame of an high ceilinged old building. We propose for lunch and dinner a menu with traditional mediterranean dishes: Starting with a variety of appetizers; first courses like spaghetti with sea bass and botargo; main courses like first quality danish – beef or mediterranean fish; all deserts are homemade and all is accompanied by a broad selection of wines. In our menu there is also broad space for gluten free dishes.

We stayed in Rome for 5 nights towards the end of July, and visited 3 Quarti twice during this time. For both visits, we were served by Enzo who was friendly, funny and gave excellent recommendations on the food and wines. We were able to...dine outside and get the lovely ambience of the city. The starters were simple yet delicious, and between us we had recommended various pasta dishes which were all perfect (my favourite was the Mezzemaniche alla gricia with Truffles). Even despite with the circumstances we all find ourselves in, 3 Quarti remains excellent as ever and they are well worth a visit if you are lucky enough to do so.More

The restaurant was busy when we arrived as a party of 8 and there was not a table available but we were able to take an outside table for a drink while we waited the 30 minutes for a table to be ready. The staff...were fantastic and the frascati we ordered was the best of our trip. When we were seated the staff were great throughout and the food was absolutely superb. I was really impressed at the effort they made to accommodate us at such late notice. I would definitely recommend this placeMore

Local Italian a 10 minute walk from our Hotel Giulio Cesare. This restaurant seemed to be predominantly locals and was incredibly busy. Would recommend booking but we got the last table without having booked on a Friday night. We had 3 quarti appetisers to begin...with, little breads with prosciutto and mozzarella in, absolutely beautiful. My partner had a steak which was well cooked and he said was lovely. Only comes with salad and potatoes for the fussy eaters looking for chips. I had a special which was Fettuccini Bolognese and I’m so glad I did. Fresh pasta and one of my favourites. This pasta came with Parmesan, which apparently in Italy it is rude to ask for Parmesan as if the chef wants you to have it they would either include it in the ingredients or bring it to you, as they did with me here. The restaurant was small but uniquely decorated, would recommend for the pasta alone!More

We came across this place by accident on a Friday evening, the place seemed very busy, but they managed to find us a table for two and we're both very happy they did! Couldn't fault a single thing from start to finish. Menu is great,...plenty of choices for everyone. I had an octopus salad to start, which was nice and refreshing and not chewy and my partner had a ceasar salad to start, which she found it to be the best one yet while visiting Italy. For mains we ordered a medium and medium rare steaks and they arrived cooked to perfection, served with some salad and very tasty crispy potatoes. If you ever order a steak in this restaurant please ask for the one with lard de colonnata, that just brought the whole steak to another level!! It added just the right amount of seasoning and flavour. Beautiful pistachio semifredo and a very good tiramisu, one and a half bottles of great local wine suggested by our waiter Enzo and a coffee all for 103 € which was a superb value. Definitely going back next time we're in Rome! 10/10 service and food! Try it you won't be disappointed!More

Our B&B host booked this restaurant for our 28 anniversary. Although we arrived on time for our reservation (early at 7:30 pm) there was a line down the road waiting to get in. I am sure they had to send people away. Good menu chooses....I love a slate menu in addition to a paper menu. Romans are proud of their food so take a leap and order off the slate menu. Get out of your comfort zone. Tables were well situated. Close but not too close to your neighbor. Met a lovely couple who had just gotten married two weeks earlier. So we have the long wedding and the newly wedded. This place is cozy. It is quite nicely decorated but also very comfy as well. Staff is very attentive. The place stayed full the entire time we were there. Yes, there was a line when we left as well. I understand this is a relatively new restaurant. I think it will be around for quite some time. Good job!!!More

Me and my partner visited here for our first Italian meal in Italy experience. I ordered a carbonara and my partner ordered the meatballs. I really enjoyed the carbonara, it’s the best I’ve had, which I expected with it being in Italy! I tried a...meatball which was also delicious.Service was good too! Can’t fault it.More
