Can be quite noisy but excellent food at the intersection of American, Mexican and Italian. Nachos and burgers are definitely to be recommended.

It was a raining night in the middle of the week and I found myself too lazy for new dining adventures in Rome. So I headed to the Brasserie CO2 where I recalled having a decent burger in a quiet place a couple of years earlier. What a difference! The restaurant was packed with people, either standing or seated and... More

Positive experience! I remember this place as a meeting point to start the 'hunting' for people in their 30s. Now the prospective is different: a plain and simple burger house. Burgers were good and the total experience was positive: nobody was pressing you to eat your meal and leave the table to other customers (usual in Rome) and so we... More

It' s a comfortable place to go to dinner out, informal and usually crowded during Wednesday's . You can have a variety of Mexican recipes such as burritos and hot spicy chicken. Please my suggestion are the chicken fingers spicy!!!!!!!!!!!

Good find around the corner from the hotel we stayed at whilst in Rome. Food was ok, service was very good albeit our approx 50 EUR bill for two starters and a main seemed expensive when compared to other options we had whilst in the city

We came out sick. Food was old, fries were cold and the music was too loud. The waiters forgot us twice and were extremely rude.

What a nice surprise Co2 was, it was a week night and the place was jumping! Inside it reminds you of something you would see in New York. Beautiful high ceilings, nice lounge area with couch's, a large bar area and lots of tables. Seems to be mostly couples and business people. The menu is simple but what they have... More

One Word ...Awful, Having the brunch at CO2 Roma, was the most terrible experience we have ever had in Rome. the service was so low, the verity and quality of the food was not as we expected... one waiter tells you they don't have tea while the other waiter brings you tea that he was supposed to serve the next... fantastic burgers-i have blue gorgonzola cheese with bacon burger with fries but could have tried many others that sounded great-monster burgers, chilli burgers etc... Really good burger, cold beer, great atmosphere-buzzing with people outside drinking-locals mostly, modern interior but welcoming, upstairs mezzanine level and a good location.

If you are in the mood for a casual dinner, sitting at a bar and having a good burger and a beer, this is the place to be. Trendy and well attended, not a touristic place, mostly attended by young romans. Plus the location is perfect, between piazza navona and campo de fiori... where the vibe is. The burgers are...
