I had this on my radar when visiting Campo de' Fiori, and I'm so glad. Ciambella are one of my favorite Roman breakfasts, and theirs were delicious! I will be back the next time I'm in Rome!

This bakery was recommended by a number of insider articles as an authentic Roman experience. And indeed, this place does seem to be popular with locals and tourists alike. However, the pizza sadly did not live up to our expectations: I went for the traditional...tomato option and found it was rather flavourless, just ordinary tomato sauce spread over dry focaccia-like bread. Same with potato and rosemary. Perhaps we made a wrong choice and other options of flavours are better. Very cheap though, so not mourning it too much.More

Best pizza Rossa and Bianca in Roma. They also serve beautiful baked goods and bread and have holiday treats. A must visit in Campo de’ Fiori.

This may be Covid times but there is no need for your security guard to be aggressive and rude to your clients. I like your Pizza, but i don’t like being herded like a farm animal!

This is the best bakery. If you do a foodie walking tour, they often include it but you can just head to Campo de Fiori and find it yourself. It doesn’t stand out straight away but it’s easy enough to find. It’s at the end...of the piazza that has the large, plain fountain, where the flower stalls are in the morning. It’s right behind them. Look for the brown ‘Forno’ sign halfway up the side of a corner building. I can’t pass without picking up something. I can recommend a big, warm slab of take-away pizza but my favourite is a small bag of the crumbed olives. If you have a sweeter tooth than me, there are plenty of tempting sweet choices too. Don't be put off by a queue – it moves very quickly. The pizza seems to be coming out of the oven all the time so it is warm and fresh. It comes out in a huge rectangular slab and they will cut a slice off for you. The mushroom pizza and the zucchini are both delicious. If you’re ordering pizza, choose your flavour first, then you will be charged by weight. You can just point to the flavour if you don't know the Italian word and you can just hold your hands up to show them whether you want a bigger or smaller slice. Ordering might be a little confusing at first especially if its busy and crowded inside but once you’ve ordered at the food counter, you go over to the cash register in the corner and pay, then go back to the food counter to collect your food. The best time to go is in the morning because there is a large flower and farmers’ market in the piazza at that time. Also be aware that the bakery closes in the middle of the day between 2:30 – 5 and is closed all day on Sundays. On the up side, it stays open until late, around 10pm.More

OMG! This place is the best takeaway place in Rome. For breakfast, they have pastries, biscuits and breads that are delicious. For lunch, they have the best pizza and sandwiches ever. The stuffed olives are out of this world and the prices are great. You...should not miss this place.More

How do they do it? Is it the 150-year-old location? Yeast permeates everything? It's magic. Seriously, I've never had better bread, and went here almost every day during our two-month stay nearby. Don't be intimidated -- practice your Italian and learn about all the different...kinds of baked goods that are available.More

A whole pizza is between 10-12 euros, is traditional thin crispy crust, and about the size of a medium in the US
