Definitely my favorite bar in Rome, possibly My favorite bar in the whole world. Great staff, drinks, food, and music. If you're a sports fan you MUST come here!!! Especially if you need your American football fix.

The food, from what I saw, was typical of a pub and barely to be compared with many of the excellent restaurants and hostelries in the same district. However, the beer was good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was good too and plenty of... More

We ate here toward the end of the trip looking for something a bit different. We had some great sausages, chicken fingers and fish and chips not to mention the beer selection. Overall friendly wait staff and everything was cooked great. A great stop

Lovely find while it may be an Irish pub it is in a quaint little locale and has great lunch deals with fantastic staff. There are still Italian inspired dishes here too!

This wonderful Irish Pub was just meters away from our accommodation, located almost opposite the famous La Gelateria Frigidarium (best gelatos in Rome). Responding to the call of a Guinness, my husband took me with him to visit. The pub is like a tardis - small looking on the outside but heaps of room inside. Happy hour is from midday... More

If you need to go out in Rome the abbey is the place to go to! Besides the bar tenders being awesome, you meet a great group of people who can become your friends for life. If you don't come to the abbey while your in Rome you don't do Rome right! Shout out to my homies Dave, Dan, Jordi,... More

The pub takes its name from the world renowned Irish National Theatre, which was founded by William Butler Yeats and Lady Gregory.Stage props and costumes from the storerooms of the Abbey Theatre have been used in the decor, giving the pub a very special atmosphere. The six fully air conditioned rooms of the pub are spread over two floors, and a huge range of Irish whiskeys, cocktails and long drinks are on offer, as well as Irish beers on tap including, of course, the famous Guinness. The Abbey Theatre offers irish, italian and international cuisine all day everyday. We are able to show all major sports throughout the pub on 14 TV screens. ( NFL, Premiership, Serie A, Rugby World Cup...). The pub has a happy hour during the daytime, live irish music every week, and free Wi-Fi.The pub also offers private parties or weddings. Our welcoming pub, is considered one of the best in the city and it is laid out in typical Irish style with lots of little rooms linked by narrow corridors.
