This is the place to go for when in Rome. A very good choice of tasty dishes that are excellently presented. The antipasto is creatively presented and there is also a very good choice of freshly made pasta and traditional main courses. Portions are generous....More

On the advice of a local, we had Christmas Day reservations here. 7-10 minute walk from St. Peter's Square, and a nice off-the-beaten path choice in lieu of more touristy places. A bit pricy but it was worth it.

Often places close to a major tourist attraction offer poor, overpriced food. Not the case here. Really enjoyed our pasta dishes and the house red wine was very tasty indeed.

I was looking for a restaurant north of the Vatican and found this place via several recommendations. My meal was worth every euro and the only problem was choosing where to stop. One small point- the fried potato cheese “ meatballs” were in fact mistranslated-...More

This is a real gem—no tourists, which is perfect. We went after the papal audience and before touring the Vatican Museum. Service was excellent—attentive and friendly. Our new friends, Roberta and Simona, took great care of us. The food was just as fantastic. The fish...More

I have enjoyed this restaurant a few times and recommended to friends, a bit hidden away but authentic and nice atmosphere, a great alternative to the many tourist trips of the region

The food and service was so good I went twice. The staff at the hotel I was staying at recommended them and I am glad they did. Very near the Vatican.
