An amazing experience of excellent food, prime cut meats, homemade pasta and THE best gluten-free pizza in the whole of Rome! And very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

This restaurant was recommended to us by the staff at a nearby hotel. It was a Monday night, late ish, and it was busy with local families, a great atmosphere to eat in. The choice was great, service was excellent, food delicious. Being from UK,...they brought us an English translated menu, which was very comprehensive. We had the most delicious freshly made pasta and pizza which I have sworn I will never go to Dominoes again. Staff were brilliant. We ate here another two times it was sooooo good.More

We arrived at our hotel from the airport fairly late, we asked the receptionist at our hotel if she had any recommendations for somewhere close by and she recommended this place. The food was just superb, so good that we went back 2 more times!...Pizza and pasta that I will dream of back home. Service was top notch, they were very patient and helpfuk with our lack of italian. Menu was available in English too. Would thoroughly recommend.More

Visited 1st October 2019 and had a fantastic meal. English menu, staff had very good English and certainly enough to explain the menus and talk about the wine. We booked for 7.30pm which is when they open, by 9.30 the restaurant had really filled up....In our opinion very well worth a visit. Pasta was to die for and the New York cheese cake 👍👍👍. Wine - we had Merlot which was filtered and superb.More

I want to start by saying it’s my fault for not speaking Italian. We ate here two nights running. The first night we ordered fillet steak but did not want the aubergines that came with it, I mean who would, I have never seen this...before. I asked for chips / fritter’s. Now I know many of you are ahead of me here, but hear me out. The waiter did not understand me so I asked if anyone spoke English, A lady came out who did indeed speak English, I asked for chips / fritter’s, she said no problem. Guess what came, Steak and crisps. I called the waiter over and said this is not right; he called the lady over to say this is what I ordered. I told them it’s my fault, and took my phone out to show them what I wanted, their reply was French fries, and we are not even in France. The steak came as we liked it medium well. The second night we thought what could possibly go wrong now we know to order French fries. We ordered the same again two fillet steaks medium to well with French fries, the waiter said medium rare, no, I want medium well, the waiter said ok, I said do you understand medium well, yes he said. What came was medium rare, I called the waiter over and said this is wrong, he took it away and brought it back a little more cooked, but still rare, I again said this is not cooked enough, he took it away again and this time it came back medium well but the French fries are now cold, so I told him. He’s got the hump now but hey ho, if I’m paying near on 100 euros I want what I ordered. The French fries were put on the side and fresh fries came to us. To wash it down I ordered 2 coke lights (diet cokes to you and me), and tasted it, it was verging on the side of bitter; this is what happens when saccharin/ sweeteners go out of date. I looked at the bottom of the can to find it was out of date. I asked the waiter to change it to coke zero and to take the rest of the cans away. I showed him the date, boy he really was pissed now. But he was professional, it was not his fault. So an interesting evening we had, I bet they are glad we never returned. In truth the food is 5 stars, the service is 5 stars, the waiter should not say yes he understands when he clearly does not. Like I say it’s my fault, that’s why I’ve still given this restaurant 5 star.More
