Food was good, but not amazing. Service was attentive, however they did make a mistake with one of the meals and there wasn't much of an apology. Booked through Fork and received 30% off, would have been disappointed otherwise.

A small place near many attractions and in the heart of the wonderful little streets of Rome. Our service was extremely pleasant and helpful with only one of us that spoke some Italian. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel appreciated. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. The presentation was exceptional. Prices are very reasonable.... More

It's difficult to find it but it worth it. Close to Pantheon and Navona, few steps far from via della Scrofa you can find this small and cozy restaurant: good food and service, wide menu. Good price

A very small restaurant hidden away, 2' from Piazza Navona . I've took the chance based on the high reviews but was disappointed . I tried their fungi tagliata. I asked medium done- it came in a smashed porcini sauce well done in an average quality meet. The presentation of the plate was terrible too. The service was not attentive... More

Wife and I went here for dinner after finding this restaurant through The Fork. Was extremely impressed with the service and food. The gnocchi came in a broccoli cream sauce that was one of the best things I've tasted. Don't skip dessert! We had the tiramasu and will be dreaming about it for days to come.

Al Duello has been our absolut favorite since. BUT autum 2015 IT changed, sadly, and is now just an ordinare restaurante with a boring menu and higher prices. We will go elswere when in Rome 😳

Having just arrived in Rome this was our first meal. We just wondered the streets and found this randomly. It had high expectations given the awards and reviews. The decor was nice, service very friendly. We shared an entree but found it too salty. Wife had salmon for main and was satisfied, I had tagliatelle with basic sauce of to... More

I'm writing this from home so I don't have all the details but we all loved our dinner at Al Duello. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient but not overly so. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet without being stuffy and there aren't a ton of tourists tramping by. It feels as if you're eating... More
