Great food, wine, people, and prices. Try the happy hour! Miguele and friends are great wait staff. Great charcuterie and antipesto.

This quaint little bar with its outside seating was a bar worthy of a second visit. We found it by accident on the wander from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain, so we stopped for a quick tipple. The waiters were polite and accommodating, happy to bring us table service. Being an average British bloke, I'm not against going... More

Fantastic place to sit outside and people watch while enjoying a drink and excellent zucchini bread. Best vodka tonics around!

After walking around Rome we were hot and thirsty so we stopped here to have a drink and sat outside . After several drinks we decided to eat here too - Ham Salad and Pizza - ok - the Pizza needed some garlic but it was a great way to spend a couple of hours and a great escape from... More

We stumbled on this restaurant whilst looking for lunch. They have amazing coffee, very strong and really tasty. I ordered a pasta pomodoro which was lovely, spaghetti and tomato, what can go wrong? My boyfriend had a pizza which he said was a little tough on the base but it was good either way. Wine was nice, beer was good,... More

We stumbled upon this place by accident, €4 per glass of wine, with a great choice of cocktails, beers and wine. With each round of drinks a variety of nibbles which is more than enough to 'top up' on food whilst enjoying the wine and ambiance. We sat outside, shared stories of our day with locals and fellow tourists alike.... More

Once we found Bar dei Gemelli we ate here every day because the food was amazing. I ate Bacalla alla Romana on Good Friday (as do many local people) and it was a meal I will never forget. We also enjoyed the gnocci and ragu. Eat here for real Roman rustic food at a brilliant price. Please don't miss this... More

We stopped at the bar for a drink in the afternoon. The first time they brought us some small appetizers for free, which we found very surprising as most places in Rome will rip you off as much as they can. The second time I was a bit hungry and as I am a vegetarian we asked if they had... More

Charged 10€ for a small cup of tea. Price apparently higher because we sat at a table rather than at the bar, but didn't tell us this until the bill arrived. Unfriendly and the lavatories dirty. Avoid, avoid, avoid. There are many better places around.

Neighborhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
