Great pasta and very very kind staff! Original italian tastes of top quality! make sure you try pasta alla amarticiana and the starters they have with the pinanin bread with thyme and oil! Pizza not something special. Very close to fontana di trevi.

As mentioned before at this restaurant they will make a gluten free pizza and have been there twice in the past month, on one occasion taking friends. The restaurant is also popular with locals and their families. It is not far from The Pantheon, and quieter as just off the main tourist hub there. Service is generally good and the... More

We accidentally found this small restaurant. The food was delicious, authentic, the staff was kind and friendly. We ate there twice and always got welcome drink. After few quite bad experiences this restaurant made our vacation in Rome. Thank you!

The place was once used by the famous Cardinal Wolsey (+1530) from England. Paintings on the walls still to see! The kitchen is great and offers a variety of typical Italian food und drinks. After a saltimbocca alla romana I had my best Creme brullee ever. Love this place!

I've have eaten here many times over the years. Sometimes back to back nights. Excellent pizza, food, service and prices. It is very close to the Pantheon but you may not find it unless you check the address. Also, sometimes open for lunch but not always during the week. When lunch is served, it is closed 3pm to 7pm.

We saw this place recommended on Tripadvisor and decided to test it. We loved it! Bit hard to find in a small street, but worth the search. Never mind the road work in the piazza, just look at each other :-) Friendly staff welcomed us and gave free bread for starters. We had bruschetta pommodori first, nicely done and a... More

Went here for a late Sunday lunch on a warm day in Rome. Sat outside on the shady terrace and the occasional breeze was pleasant. The staff were all friendly polite and extremely helpful. A good choice of food, although not all items were gluten free! They do, however offer gluten free pizza (mine was excellent, best gluten free one... More

Our waitress was incredible friendly! She always checked in to see how my friends and I were doing and asked if we had any song requests (we were the only ones at the restaurant). No complaints on the food; our pasta was delicious!

My wife and I ate here when we visited Rome 8 years ago, and had remembered what had been our best meal on that long weekend. We returned with the children (14 and 12) hoping it was still there and still up to standard; we were quite early and found ourselves the only diners (at 7.30pm). Not to worry -... More
