We found this place on the way to Trevi Fountain and we decided to stop here for the lunch. Delicious pasta and seafood, amazing Tiramisu and lovely outdoor patio! The staff was very friendly (the manager doesn't speak a good english but believe me he is a very funny person) and it's not too expensive either. We comeback 2 days... More

We had a large group of 13 people including a young child. They welcomed us and accommodated us very well. The food was fantastic and the staff was awesome! We had such a great time and we felt as if we were personally treated to a party. What a fantastic experience! Don't go to the Trevi Fountain without stopping here.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to the Trevi Fountain. Being just off the main tourist street it wasn't filled with people, nor was it too loud. The service was a little bit off but still quite acceptable. We ordered the Nana's stuffed cheese for entrée and some pizzas - simple, but very tasty. Ditto the wine. At... More

This was by far the worst restaurant we have been to when visiting Rome. The service was terrible. Staff did not bother to say thank you or please. When I was given a pizza knife it was litteraly thrown on the table. Even the people sitting next to us did not believe that just happened. The food was bad. The... More

Our hotel recommended this place. It was close to the trevi fountain. It was nice to sit outside because this restaurant had outdoor seating. Those were the positives. The negatives far outweighed the positives. Horrible serivce. Huge service charge and other questionable charges on the bill. Our waiter served all the native Italians before we had Any service. The food... More

We had pizza and it was okay but when we asked to purchase water we were brought a bottle that had been reused so many times it was worn to a frazzle. Please, it tasted just like the water from the fountain outside the restaurant. 3 euro for tap water? The place was okay but too expensive for the fare.

We really enjoyed our evening at Nana & will recommend it to everyone visiting Rome. The eggplant & buffalo moozarella were excellent & the pasta dish with mussels, clams & scungilli was superb!!! We are going to try to duplicate the pasta dinner when we get back home. Pricing was very reasonable also.

Having read trip advisor I chose this restaurant but was extremely disappointed! Very poor. Courses served before you even had a chance to digest your food, nothing special about the food either. Lack lustre, you could make a better job at home yourself.. Pizza full of grease, linguini seafood was full of chopped up octopus and nothing else... Rome is... More

We selected this restaurant from a guide book despite being very close to the Trevi Fountain and our concern that it would be touristy and over-priced. The meal was exactly the opposite - excellent food in the custom of Naples at very reasonable prices, excellent service, warm and inviting atmosphere.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
