Thin untasty base layer, with canned tomato paste. Quattro formaggi pizza was also with canned tomato paste, but they replaced it with another one without tomato. The place is cheap compared to average prices in Rome probably, but food was quite bad. In Naples, for comparison, at this price we ate a state of the art authentic Neapolitan pizza, which... More

So I can honestly say the original baffeto is amongst the best pizza I've ever had. We waited to get served which is fine but the server was completely disinterested. We ordered for our food and got the wrong pizza sent. The server argued that that's how it's made according to the Italian menu. The pasta was served in a... More

We had pasta here which was ok but nothing to rave about. however the pizza on the other tables did look delicious so maybe that is their specialty

If you want excellent service and ambience then this is not the place for you. BUT if you want cheap and delicious pizza then this is the perfect restaurant for you. We were seated immediately and our starters and pizza were delicious. This is where the locals go.

It's a typical Roman pizza place. The service is chaotic, expect nothing less. But the pizza's are good and comes fairly fast. It didn't blow my mind, but I really enjoyed the pizza.

Pizza was good - but not memorable in any dimension. Service as indifferent to slightly weak. And atmosphere behind a "clothes bazaar" in Jewish ghetto is second rate. Expected more.

We went there three times in our one week spent in Rome and we loved it. The pizza is delicious and a special mention goes from me to the homemade tiramisu, which was a nice treat. For those who want a taste of the local flavour this is the perfect place. Also, service is fast and the staff is really... More

Worst service. They were good in inviting people in. But after that service was awful. Waiter served food and ran away and did not care if we wanted to order more. Can not believe how this place has received such decent rating in trip advisor. Stay away and find a better place.

We too were recommended this place - was it the owners day off?. A soggy bottom to the pizza, miserable service and pretty empty (everywhere else in Rome packed!). Sorry to say but just not a good place at all

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend who had previously visited. She told us they had cheap and delicious pizzas. I am not sure if it was an off day but I ordered a pizza and my boyfriend ordered a calzone and both turned out to be very wet and salty with little to no flavour in the... More
