Pleasant with friendly service. Waiter was courtesy enough to just ask us to order prima. This was more than enough as we did not have room for main meat dishes. Wine choice was limited to house/Chianti. Suited us as Chianti was delicious! Lots of Italians dining which we liked. Would we go again???

This trattoria is located in a very quiet, but central place. It is a nice terrace. The food is fresh and delicious. It is typical Roman. The price is very affordable. The clients seemed to be Italians mostly.

We found & tried this place completely by accident when "getting lost" around Rome - which is usually the best way to find some interesting place in Italy :) This one is small family-run with great food! You should not miss it. We spent 2 times together overall 2 weeks in Rome, trying multiple restaurants and this was the best... More

One of our best (not to mention cheapest) meals in Rome. Family run place with real local "feel" and excellent food. Everything was excellent, very friendly.

Since when was cold mashed potato antipasti? Do you know what a meatball is? Do you even taste your food? Possibly the worst meal I've ever had. After the horrible 'antipasti' a main arrived which was served practically cold. And what I was given did not resemble a meatball. Oh an more mashed potato. I've never left a restaurant because... Very nice place, very good food. The amatriciana was amazing and so the Cacio e Pepe. We all loved our meal. Just a little disappointment because they didn't have on the menu the artichokes alla romana. If you go late you will not have a full choice on the menu, a little disappointing but for sure it's because everything is... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant through my guide book to Rome and also by wandering not knowing exactly where to eat. When i read it was owned by an ex footballer it sealed the deal for me.... although to this day i still don't know who it was. On arrival (we hadn't booked) the waiter was incredibly accommodating. we ordered... More

Hi excellent food. Especially the tripe. Amazing with bread. Try the house wine. Very palatable. Deserts excellent. Everyone friendly. Get there early as gets busy quickly especially at lunch. Or make a reservation.

This is a place for ordinary and food concious Romans. Although close to Piazza Navona, the place is a bit hard to find. The ambience is relaxed. Tables are close to each other. The food seems to be all home-made. Prices are reasonable.
