Been here on both our visits to Rome and a very nice place to have a drink. Sit outside in the evening at the big wine barrels and enjoy the warm atmosphere in Rome with a nice glass of wine or Spritz. The host is so friendly and comes by all the time with small appetizers for the guests to... More

Superb wine and ditto explanation about the wines. We also enjoyed a great platter of cheese and cured meats! Will be back again for sure.

We stopped here on our way back from The Pantheon and were blown away by the warm and attentive service, and the owner's passion for his craft. Whilst we were sitting and relaxing, a fresh hot bread order arrived, and he took it upon himself to make fresh bruschetta for the 4 tables drinking. He shared fresh tomatoes with us,... More

Great service at a nice place of central Rome. We had a few drinks and got served some free snacks and drinks. The staff was on their heals to serve without being pushy. We will definitely return here for drinks when we get back to Rome. Beware that this review does not cover food.

Found this place by getting lost in the wonderfull and narrow strees of Rome the first time we came here 4 years ago. This year we found it again and we were not dissapointed. They have a nice selection of wine and wonderfull platters of cheese and meat. The staff were really friendly and we even got a bonus glass... More

Vinoteca was recommended to me by a trendy local for apps and drinks and it did not disappoint! Right by the Pantheon on a charming street that is full of life and music, you feel what a Roman holiday is about. The wine, sprits, and bruschetta were all amazing plus the owner is a wonderful man who is attentive to... More

My wife and I stopped here for a glass of wine while waiting for another restaurant to open, and were so enthralled with the food, atmosphere, and friendly service that we stayed and had dinner here instead! The mozzarella and prosciutto was the best I've ever had. Our server was very attentive and gave us suggestions on what to order,... More

It was one of our favorite places in our way back to the hotel after hours of walkign around Rome. All the people working there are incredible and this small wine bar was the best place to finsih your day. Exept for the great variety of wines don not miss to ask for a plate of cheese. Magnificent mozzarella!!!!!!!!

I have been to this wine bar a number of times, to the point where the owner recognizes me. As a back story, there is another restaurant in Rome (Cantina Lucifero) where I also know the owner and have complete trust in him to suggest a wine. It has always been delicious and it has never been over-priced. Not so... More

I've been here 4 or 5 times in the last couple of years and always love going there. Let the staff help you with wine, cheese and cured meat selections. You can taste things to make sure you like them, or just give over to their recommendations. You won't be disappointed.
