Our meal was booked by our son for our birthdays. The service we received was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and wine was superb with explanations for each course for both wine and food. The restaurant was lovely warm and inviting, there were several other guests all of whom seemed to receive the same service as us.... More

My wife and i went there for dinner and everything about it was fantastic. She loves truffles and they have several dishes that include them as well as hundreds of wines. They also have a couple of different and unique tasting menus to choose from. I got the "land" tasting menu with wine and absolutely loved it. The service was... More

We had dinner at Ad Hoc a few nights ago on the recommendation of good friends who lived here over the past year. We shared a delicious appetizer sampler, I had a pasta with sea bass entree, and my wife had the beef filet plate. We also shared their special tiramisu dessert. They are known for their extensive wine selection,... More

To choose the restaurant in Roma for dinner is not easy. There are a lot of good restaurants. Ad Hoc is not just good, it is superb! Namely Ad Hoc has been chosen among the many others to celebrate the birthday party. Was awesome!

Like dining in a wine shop; bottles everywhere... Second visit and again very good experience. I had the pleasure of being there in prime truffle season and our dinner party took the opportunity to have several dishes with white truffle. The service was excellent and the wine suggestions from the fiendly staff went well with the chosen meals. Choosing a... More

The service, the food, the wine, everything was just perfect. Visited with a puschair and a one year old, staff very friendly and very proud on how they explain every dish and compared wine. Just wish we visited again next day, instead of spending the same amount of money on mediocre food and service. Really the best in Rome

My wife & I went for the the white truffle tasting menu with wine pairing.... Was excellent but as normal with these things was too much food. The kids both adored their carbonara with truffle.. so happiness all round.
