We went to this ristorante on the spur of the moment and should have turned around when we saw that no one was inside the restaurant. This was the worst meal and service that we had in Rome all week. I had the veal osso buco which was not the typical dish served here in the US as the bone... More

When choosing somewhere to eat I like to find someone that already looks busy as those other customers must know something and they weren't wrong. We sat outside and did have to wait while for our drinks (perhaps they lost our drinks order) but not so long for our food. The pasta was fresh and tasty and we really enjoyed.... More

Stopped there because there was a trip advisor sign (which we don't usually do) and for the nice terrace with glass "protecting" from street traffic. Had the osso bucco and the beets raviolis. Osso bucco was the worst quality meal I have had in a long time (not tender at all...). Beets raviolis were on par with our expectations. Bread... More

The food was ok but the service was terrible. They were rude to us from the moment we sat down. Then they messed up our order and were mad on us about it. We said something about it when they finally had time to give us the bill and the response of the boss was that we were wasting her... More

Hi I am Rani and I come from Belgium. We were at Rome with 4 friends, we were thrilled to discover Rome! But before we decided to do that, we first wanted to eat something. After a walk of 30 minutes we decided to eat at da Robertino. There, we were shocked. They were very unfriendly, the pasta bolognese was... More

One would expect kind service toward tourists, however the waitress was nasty and when the manager was alerted to the issue she didn't seen to care much either. Don't waste your time, people In rome are charming, except for the ones working there.

The food was simply terrible. The glass of wine we ordered was just enough wine to wet the bottom. Really bad food. It's clear that they do not want you to come again. The also charge you so much to make sure you have a really bad experience.

In total, we were at the restaurant for just over 3 hours because of the incredibly slow service. We had to ask for coffee/dessert menus 3 times before actually getting them, generally sounded annoyed when with us for asking again, and flat out ignored us at some points. Disturbed 3 times by people selling roses, selfie sticks and playing music,... More

All the tables outside were taken so we ate inside. Nice layout and atmosphere; almost entirely tourist customers. The waitress was sweet but spoke no English, so she relied on her slightly aloof manager. No wine list was provided so I asked for a bottle of white, assumed house (that'll teach me). Wine was really nice but on the bill... More

Bad attitude, not polite, slow service ce. The menu was poor. We ordered a plate with cheese and we payed 15 euros. Unfortunately the plate had like 8-10 small pcs of cheese, very poor. At the time we asked for the bill, we had to wait for 30 minutes and we asked them to hurry up cause we were out... More
