We prefer the dessert than the main course and pasta. The tiramisu is awesome, very different from what we have back home. The lava chocolate is going as well. Pasta tasted ok, not as what we expected. I had the pork fillet which is above average.

Stopped here for lunch and it is well recommended for the local Italian dishes. Would return for dinner. Within a few hundred meters of the collusion from what I remember.

Ate here twice on our three night trip to Rome, the first time we chose it as it was 3 minutes walking distance from our hotel and after tromping the streets of Rome all day we did not want to go far. The second time we ate here because it was JUST SO GOOD! This is foodie heaven with some... More

For our last night in Rome we booked a table in Il Bocconcino and did not regret it for a second! We had a starter, main course (2x pasta), bottle of wine, deserts and coffee and still payed less than 70 Euros. The service was perfect, non of our wishes was a problem. The waiters were nice and took good... More

Great place not far from the Colisseum, serving fresh Roman food at reasonable prices. The Tiramisu was to die for!!

Between pasta and pizza, we are usually pizza people, and naturally we don't have high expectations for pasta, especially near a tourist attraction like the Colosseum. With a little research, we came by here after we dropped off our scooter rental. We were seated outside and ordered cacio e pepe (a dish we learned after watching Anthony Bourdain), pasta carbonara,... More

Excellent food. Great service and not loads of tourists. Price is basically in line with what you’d expect of this area. 5*

Fantastic starters and one of the best mozzarella ever produced south of Naples. The ravioli with sweetbreads was tonight's special but the pasta Amtricana with fried porkcheeks was fantastic. I understand they are famous for their carbonara with porkcheeks! The platter with three goat cheeses was equally good but the rabbit with a celeriac pure was simply divine. Wrapped up... More
