This place was around the corner from where we were staying. There is always a line up but the service is quick. Very dense and intense gelatoes

In this time there are several brands who say are natural, good, bio and so on, but the taste is low and cost high... Here in this small shop you can find real genuineness and different fabulous flavours of ice cream!

I'm not from Rome, but this cannot be one of the best icecreams of the city!!! I cannot understand those (few) Italians having express an acceptable score to this icecream type. Untasty, with small ice crystals... i'm really worried for how ice cream culture is going to be progressively lost in Italy..!

We are staying in the Prati and having just had a great meal in our apartment we decide to go for a gelato. I found this place recommended on a food blog and as it was close we went. A small shop and only about 24-30 flavours. We had a wonderful dark chocolate, milk free, an almond..yum, and apple with... More

Recommended by my Roman friend as the best gelato in town. Lived up to it!! It was soooo goood especially since it's so hot outdoors currently in Rome. There are so many flavours to choose from. Had dark choc with rum and nocciola (hazelnut). Hope to return for more.

This little gelato shop was full when we arrived, I think we were the only tourists in there at the time which is always a good thing in my opinion! The gelato was delicious and on a random note - the typography they use for their logo is great (very much an art and design teacher comment!!) The gelato was... More

I believe my Sicilian friend and was to happy that I was not mistaken. Simply the best! Even some of my guests who came this August tasted the difference from other gelateria that we tried.

This place, together with Venchi, was our favorite gelato in Rome. We tried at least eight different places! This place we tried twice, because of the Cubano flavor, dark chocolate with rum, so good!! It is a must try!

I stoped here for a couple of times in my last stay in Rome since it was near the appartment and it came recommended. Unfortunately I can't say I was overwhelmed with these ice-creams. They are very good indeed but I managed to find other options which I ended up liking more.

Thank Fernando B

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
