We were here for the second time. This is the best place in Rome to get a lunch. The service is great, the owners are so nice! Lovely lady and her husband really know how to make your experience the best.
We ate here for one night staying in a nearby hotel.
Very quaint and traditional. Good air-con. Walls all covered with a huge variety of paintings. Food was excellent - prepared by the husband of a fairly aged couple. Wife not allowed in the kitchen...More
Service extremely disappointing, old woman (mommy’s age) very unpleasant, zero social skills, she could hardly notice us, said if we are 4 then we have to order 4 pizzas, (we waited to order 2 pizzas and a bottle of wine). Took the menu from the...More
Found this restaurant by recommendation of staff at nearby hotel. It's a hole in the wall, passed by it once even with directions. Inside walls covered with nice artwork, very homey atmosphere. As is often the case in Italy, restaurant did not open for dinner...More
Very charming local ristorante near Vatican City on Via Candia. Their pinsa is delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. Enjoyed our pranzo including vino della casa and had the nicest time in this graceful spot with caring, friendly hostess and chef. A great choice!
Me and my partner stumbled upon this lovely little Italian restaurant! We both loved it so much we went back again the next day!
Pricing is unbelievably cheap for the quality of the food!
Could not recommend this place enough!

We were recommend to try this restaurant and we are glad we did - we even went back for another dinner. Food great in a family run restaurant - most of the other guests were locals, which is always good sign - would highly recommend.
There is a long, wonderful story attached to this restaurant that climaxes as our son walked in the door unexpectedly to be with us as we renewed our wedding vows - 44 years - at St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. We are from Indiana, mind...More
We discovered the place by chance as the restaurant we wanted to go to was full and it was just across the street. The saltimbocca, the grilled vegetables and the pinsa were really delicious. Service was friendly as we felt very welcome in this nice...More
