Went in on the off chance and was really surprised at the lively rustic food. The staff were really welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. They not only helped us with the menu but we're very helpful with the drink and the local area.

The wine list is huge and has prices to suit every pocket. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very happy to make recommendations if you are not sure what to chose. We were only in Rome for a few days but went here twice...More

Small restaurant in an up and coming (artsy) neighborhood in Monti. It will be filled by 7PM; go early. They do not take reservations. We especially like the Eggplant Parmesan and lasagna. House wine was very good and inexpensive. The staff was great!

I think this was our favourite place for dinner during the week we were in Rome. Outside was beautiful with ivy climbing the walls, locals outside drinking wine etc. It's a very busy spot but staff were more than accommodating. It's a unique place which...More

Eat and drink like a local. Please, if you want: a quiet relaxed atmosphere, spacious tables, a restaurant that caters for families and children, fussy requirements: do not come here. You will ruin it. This is for Romans, come here and fit in with the...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
