It was the nearest place, to the Colosseum, that we found for coffee. If you're lucky and the weather is fine, you get a table outside that's directly opposite the Colosseum. It being a cocktail bar, after our lovely cups of coffee, we sampled their section. They have a huge choice, including brands of rum I have trouble finding else... More

The view is amazing for the Colosseo. The coffee what we ordered was tasty but nothing special. Don't use the toilet here, so dirty and smelling!!!

After our visit to the Colosseum we stopped at the Oppio for a drink to relax and watch the sunset. What a glorious position and although November we enjoyed a glorious evening watching the sun go down.

We stayed in Rome for two days. Our hotel was near to the Colosseum. So oppio cafe was a good choice to have our breakfast. We were very satisfied with the quality. Coffees chocolates cruasans and toasts all very good. The view perfect.

Stopped here for a bite to eat after a lovely stroll around Rome. The view was great! We ordered crepes as we were only a tad peckish, these were delicious! I had a couple of cocktails which were lovely, only thing I could fault was the service - it wasn't bad it just wasn't great - service with a smile... More

My boyfriend and I stopped at Oppio cafe after visiting the Colosseum. The choice of drinks on offer was great and therefore it looked perfect for us. Big mistake! The service was awful, the waiter mumbled at us when taking our order and then threw the bill at us like he could not be bothered serving us, the girl behind... More

We stopped here and had a bottle of fizz after a long haul around the Colosseum, the location was great! We didn't eat there but the food looked very good and it was nice and busy with locals too. I think it's probably the best place to stop at sundown, grab a table outside and watch the sun set over... More
