Had seen the queues for several nights so decided to try on our last night. What a let down. Some staff were rude and very abrupt, shouting across restaurant to each other. To be honest, some staff looked as though they had been dragged off...the street. It was untidy and floor not clean. Went to the toilet, and it was messy, no toilet seats, and no shut door between toilets and restaurant so gave them a miss. Food was OK, had first course, then literally 2 minutes later whilst eating, second course came and was dumped on empty table next to us, minus the side order. Sat for approx 10 minutes trying to ask for bill. Should be called Trattoria Lousy, not Luzzi.More

My friend and I had found the restaurant online. Before asking for a table, we were debating whether to get coffe before eating there or after (we were speaking in portuguese). Out of nowhere, this waiter came saying they didn't have coffe (which was not...the topic of the discussion) and saying that before we had to ask for a table (which we were planning to). Then, he left and come back to us asking if we wanted a table. I said: un atimo because we needed a few minutes. My friend said the same with the wrong hand gesture, and the guy started to lecture us on the meaning of Italian hand gestures, asking us to stay despite the fact he was the one getting super angry for no apparent reason.More

Outstanding value and amazing food! We ate here on a number of occasions, also met a couple from Austria that ate here every night of their holiday as it was such good value and quality. We tried to eat on another occasion but as it’s...so popular, there was a queue!!More

Don’t bother eating here. Had to queue for ages as the staff kept seating big groups first instead of starting from the front of the queue! Food wasn’t that great, definitely wasn’t worth the wait. The glasses were dirty and they still charged us for...water even though we didn’t drink any due to the glasses being dirty.More

If we could leave zero stars, we would. Don’t waste your time or money here. The service was terrible. You have to beg for the attention from the servers. We almost got up and left because we had another place to be across town for...a cooking class. The server had the audacity to let us know that authentic Italian food takes time and if we wanted faster food we could go to another restaurant that microwaves their food. After waiting an hour for our food, it came out lukewarm. Ironically, the server said the reason it took so long was because they make everything fresh and our food was coming straight out of the oven. There’s no rhyme or reason to the way they take orders or deliver food to tables. It’s as if they take all the orders from all the tables, then the kitchen starts cooking the meals, and then all the food is delivered at the same time. Maybe this is normal for Italy, but it’s just not the style we are used to in all of our travels. Also, so many other tables that ordered after us got food before us…particularly natives/regulars. They don’t really care to wow the tourists. I always leave a tip no matter where I go, but for the first time in my life I didn’t. They did nothing to earn even the cost of our food, much less extra. Worst meal we had in Rome, even the cafeteria at the Vatican was better!More

After a long walking tour we saw this place and wanted to have a short break by having a desert and something to drink. There were many free tables and we asked the waitress if we can sit one of them. She said yes and...placed us there. Then we ordered a tiramisu and a bottle of wine. After that a woman (I guess she is the owner of the restaurant) came and told us to go away in 5 mins just because our order is not so big. It was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. I told that her attitude is very rude, but she didn't step back. She said that is the attitude we deserve for just a tiramisu. I don't know what to say. It is sad to run across such horrible and money grubber people in our quiet and humble holiday.More
