It was a reasonable choice but pizzas were burnt underneath. Waiters could have been friendlier. It was fine but not cheap for the quality of food. Piano player was great.

Pizza raw. Manager/waiter rude and it wasn’t cheap. Everyone rushed in and out to get more covers. Locals treated better than tourists.

Homemade pasta was very tasty. I had the pasta with clams and mussels and those were cooked to PERFECTION.

Overall an average meal. The pasta was good but the pizzas are frozen if you come before 7pm so beware (it does state that in the menu as well so they're not trying to pass it off as anything else). The house wine was mediocre....More

Very good pizza. Friendly staff. Very authentic Italian environment. The pizza was great even though the dough is not made in house.

We came to Luzzi for dinner and had not booked a table. Despite being busy we managed to get lucky and a table of 2 had just left. Luzzi was filled with mainly Italians (which is always a good sign!). The food was so tasty....More

Yes this is the true Trattoria I was hunting for. Excellent food, very friendly staff, moderate price, very fresh and tasty vegetables. And is near by Colosseum - not to mention that a lot of people waiting for a free table.

As mentioned below they do take visa, however it is always best if you are traveling in Rome to use cash when possible as credit cards numbers will be stolen and used at a later date.
