Great find in Rome. It is large, unusual for Rome, and had great pizzas. We went twice during our stay because it was so good. Excellent service and wine also enticed us back!

Went there for dinner, waiter uninterested, waited for our drinks. He forgot about our only entree. Got the food. The steak was beautifully prepared. The other dishes were just OK. House wine was passable. Paid our bill and left.

This place is big enough to accommodate groups, which is why we chose it from the first place. we were lucky to have good pizza at reasonable prices, great wine, and good dessert. It is a bit far from the touristic center and not especially romantic but pleasant, very clean and likable.

Curiously, Italians prefer beer to wine with their pizzas but for me there is nothing like a good red wine with a meaty pizza. In San Marco's the manager suggested a syrah red from round the corner in Lazio to go with our pizza and he was right- my wife and I drank the whole bottle which is really unusual.... More

Excellent quality. Pizzeria, grill and all sorts of Italian dishes all done and well served. It is very close to the cinema and it offers a good combination with a movie. It is a very large restaurant however because of its shape you do not feel you are in a larger eatery. I would go again. Prices are fair.

We ended up eating here 4 times during our 5 day trip in Rome. It definitely wins as the largest menu with food for everyone in our family. Amazing pizza and pasta, which is all I ate so I can't personally speak for the other options, but I do know everyone else thought the food was great. It's also pretty... More

In a nice environment, an excellent food, whether it is fish,or pasta is served. Try the carpaccio of octopus it is even better than the one you could find in Greece! Fair wine also. Choice of food is really very wide. You will find what you expect, here.

I go there once in a while and it never fails! Today we had "spaghetti fiori di zucca e spigola" and it was absolutely delicious. The staff is very nice and accomodating also when you are with children. It's absolutely a place where to go and come back.

Thank Ciaooo

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
