Lucky the owner of this bar! It seats right in front of the entrance of the Vatican Museums; which means 6 millions of thirsty and hungry visitors pass by its sparkling windows and neat display of delicious refreshments every year. How fortunate then that the bar offers a broad selection of excellent sandwiches, salads, fruit salads, coffees and pastries; everything... More

This place is on the other side of the street opposite of vatican museums entrance. It's immensely expensive. Espresso at the bar (standing) 1,50, cappuccino 3 euro (5 for sitting). Unfriendly staff.

After being in Roma for several days and eating out all the time this caffe was a shocker. Shame on us for not asking for a price menu but call this what it is a tourist trap. On each table are pictures of breakfasts but no prices. We spent more for our short visit than we had for dinners. To... More

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here. The pasta of the days was very good and the house wine of good quality. The service was good. I thought it was rather expensive for what it was, however, but was not surprised baring on the proximity to the Vaticam Museums. Beware, this is one of the establishments that adds on 12% service... Seemed busy, early! Great spot for a quick breakfast. Perfect if you're going to the Vatican which is right across the street.

Because we were tired and famished after exiting the Vatican we went in the first place we saw. There was a sign advertising a hamburger which sounded good to us and how expensive can a hamburger be…. so we did not worry about the price and quickly ordered not even noticing that there was no menu with prices listed. Two... More

Unfortunately we fell into the trap of selecting this restaurant after our Early Entry Vatican Museum tour as it is conveniently situated across the street from the Museum. Please do not fall into the same trap, keep walking and find something more reasonable that actually has a price list. We paid the equivalent of $100 CAD for 2 people for... More

It's a good thing that the owner's are close to the Vatican as they must go to "confession" on a daily basis for their rip-off prices and services. We tried to get something to go while we were waiting for our tour and fell into the convenience of going to somewhere across from the entrance to the Vatican Museum. The... More
