One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I arrived with my partner at 20:00 and till the main course there wasn't too many people and it was OK, the food wasn't anything out of the world but not bad neither. Once people arrived they totally ignored us. I needed to call the waitress 2 times for the dessert... More

We had a really good meal, starting with ravioli with cheese. It was very good. The Venus Rice with mixed seafood was black rice and lots of seafood and my wife said it was excellent. I had a great fillet steak, really tender and tasty. Eventually we had dessert and both the Catalan Creme and Tiramisu were very good. The... More

As a Roman I can say with confidence that this is one of the best restaurant in Rome for quality/price: simple, authentic Italian food, great service and cozy space...all you need for an amazing dinner close to Colosseo.

This is a great restaurant in a great location near the Colosseum, but far away enough not to be a tourist restaurant. Service is very professional and efficient. The waiter was very knowledgable and recommended dishes from the daily specials. You will be offered bread at the start of the meal and this is charged to your bill. I have... More

The restaurant is located between Colosseo and basilica San Giovanni in Laterano. The old building creates a nice Roman atmosphere. The staff was really nice, which is not so obvious in Rome and suggested the best meals. I recommend the menu of the day, which is warranty for a good and fresh meal. The restaurant is visited mostly by italians.

What a great lunch we had! Recommended by a friend and loved every moment of it. We tried the chefs selection of pastas (4 different types) and also had a side of friend artichoke and roast potatoes. The pasta I enjoyed most was the broccoli and olive tortellini. The fried artichoke was amazing and the home made tiramisu was great.... More

We had a delightful lunch here. Food was very good and prices reasonable given its proximity to Colosseum, etc. Ate pastas which were very good. Mixture of locals and tourists gave it a pleasant vibe. Felt authentic.

We had our first lunch in Rome as soon as we arrived. This is a busy restaurant with good environment. The service is quick and polite. In general a nice choice if you are looking for a simple meal. The portions are not so big

It was recommended by the receptionist at the Mercure. A very enjoyable meal. Service was quick and friendly for those that don't speak Italian. Food was tasty and very filling. I was going to order the Mozzarella and Cheese appetiser but I saw another table order it and thought way to big for me so went with the appetiser taster.... More
