1) It’s in an exquisite location down an alley in the center of Rome 2) it’s relatively cheap at 3€ for a small 3) the portions are large, bigger than other shops I went to 4) I thought the staff was friendly and authentic 5)...they offer you multiple flavors and whip cream on top 6) there is a large variety of great flavors Dark chocolate = OMG incredible Coconut = amazing White chocolate = pretty good And that’s just my first two days in Rome!More

Lots and lots of people are standing outside so you cannot miss this place. The options were good and the gelato tasty (especially the dark chocolate) but it was not the best we had. My son had the mango gelato and it was quite sour....He couldn't finish it. I had the dark chocolate which was very good. There are also many pastries that look tempting but we didn't have any. There is really no where to sit outside, unless you sit at their tables and order with them. By the way, if you order a small, the cup is small but they have the ice cream towering on top - it is plenty!!!More

We had coffee and pastries here in the morning and went back for ice cream in the afternoon. The coffee was second best to Sant'Eustachio, but the pastries were very good. The service was friendly and helpful, and english was spoken without a glitch. The...highlight of the visit was the ice cream... OMG... some of the best ice cream I've ever had. We had gelato in several places claiming to be the best and avoided the colorful mounds of it, but still did not compare to the quality of the product here. maybe I'm not comparing apples to apples, but I would recommend ice cream here and not gelato in Rome at all. Pick any flavor of ice cream and you'll be delighted....More

Best ice cream I’ve tasted in Rome so far. They also have more sweets. A popular place so don’t expect to get a place to sit soon.

Wonderful selection of gelato, Italian ice, pastries and coffee. This place is always busy and offers a nice dessert. I enjoyed the dark chocolate and strawberry gelato this trip and was not disappointed.

The best gelato! Visiting this place you will have not only tasty experience but also visual and atmospheric. :) A lot of people, but perfect ordering system so no long waiting in a line and this is appropriate proof of quality. Must stop in Rome.

We came for breakfast. It was not busy at all, but the man served the Italian people who were waiting behind us before us. We think because we were tourists? Really uncomfortable experience because of the bad service. It made the breakfast way less unjoyable...then it could have been if they were a little bit friendly. When we brought the tray with the empty coffee cups back inside, the man ignored us completely. Which didn't feel good...More

Worst experiance in Rome! The staff was very rude, and they didn’t let us sit at the empty tables. I DONT recommend this place to anyone!
