We didn't have reservations, we had read good reviews of this place, it was pouring rain, yet we went. Surprise surprise! There was a line-up already at 19:00 We were lucky enough to wait just past the entrance but the locals had no problem waiting some 45 minutes under the rain. That alone must tell you something about the place.... More

Our hotel concierge recommended ( Barocco Hotel) and made a reservation for us at this traditional Italian restaurant. Very friendly waiters offering good advise on food and wine. We opted for the veal chops - they were tasty and served with some potatoes. We ordered a portion of pasta with porcini mushrooms to accompany this dish. The tiramisu was a... More

This place was recommended to us by our hotel. Excellent food and service. We ended up eating there twice during our two day stay in Rome. *Not* a tourist attraction, but frequented by locals. For dinner, you will need a reservation.

What a joy! The place was crowded, but the waiters seemed to handle it well. The menu is reach. We took starters for 6- they came in generous quantities and with smile. The main courses were delicious, and between, our waiter brought plates with dishes we didn't order, free of charge, just for us to taste. Highly recommended, but make... More

Very nice food and friendly staff. We got a few appetizers for free to welcome us, which was nice. Ordered really good beef and when mine was a bit undercooked, they prepared it again perfectly without any discussion. The italian cheesecake was dry and not good. Really friendly service where they had time to joke, even if there were people... More

We found this place a few months' ago whilst roaming around Piazza Barberini and the Quirinal. It's a typical roman trattoria where the locals go and which serves excellent roman cuisine at reasonable prices

Party of 6 with kids and we had the best time here! The food was beyond excellent and the service was even better. Quaint restaurant and the friendliest most welcoming staff. We were raving about the food and our server kept bringing out samples of different foods!!! Phenomenal dinner!!

Our hotel recommended this restaurant. Turns out we liked it so much, we went twice. Their antipasti is great and the milky mozzarella is to die for. My husband had penne arrabiata and I the spaghetti carbonara. Good food, good service, good wine, what else do you need?

Outstanding food and service. First night, we didn't have reservations, but they worked us in and treated us like royalty. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Enjoyed so much, we went again with our son the next evening. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited the restaurant last week, we had a great Italian dinner. The place and the staff are very welcoming. I have eaten the best pasta del Mar ever

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
