Right down the street from the Hotel Delle Vittorie. Wonderful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and people watch. We visited Vanni's almost nightly to end our day of sightseeing. Very good food....cafe style.

Our B&B was directly across the street from Vanni. We wandered in late one evening and found the pastries were half price after 10 PM, so we picked out six! Stood at the counter with an expresso and thought "We're in Rome" Great coffee, great delicate fun pastries and a wonderful sidewalk restaurant! We stopped one afternoon for a drink... More

I went with friends for 3 nights to Rome and we were directed here by our hotel for some breakfast. The staff where so rude to us!! It took 30 mins to get served as any Italian person who entered would automatically take priority over us even though we had been waiting around. At one point we didn't get served... More

Service was a bit slow, but the deli and sseet counter is very good. When you order beers you also have 3-4 plates of nuts and hor-douvres. Very good overall/

This was just across the street from our hotel. It is open for breakfast and a late night bite to eat. There are so many goodies and great food! The price is very reasonable! Pull as stool up at the counter. Have some gelato packed "to go". I wish I had access to the website.

This place might not be on your way, b/c it's not in a touristic area. But if you're in Lepanto/Mazzini area, then stop there for a bite, or just for coffee. Vanni has both a cafe and a restaurant. The cafe is busy almost at any time of day, but don't worry, they're fast. People eating inside don't stay long... More

We first found Vanni by hearing the music playing in the evening from our hotel balcony down the block. We decided to go there for a glass of wine, and ended up being offered a large spread of happy hour appetizers. The staff was so friendly and generous with their time. We had a great experience dining there, and since... More
