After a long morning at the Vatican we stumbled across this gem! Cool air conditioning , welcoming staff and great aromas welcomed us in. Menu is varied and everything we had was delicious. Complimentary bruschetta and breads. Great priced local (nationale) beer and sparkling wine - Perhaps this is why the place is well frequented by nearby Embassy staff? One... More

Very tasty pasta with fresh seafood and the price is acceptable! Can't be missed if you are in Roma or near by Vatican! The owner is very friendly and kind, the service is also very good! We ordered the half lobster pasta and mixed seafood pasta, excellent taste, want to come back again! And the wifi in the restaurant is... More

Excellent all round. Antipasto, pasta and sea bass great flavours, cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Pietro's service was great, made us feel right at home from the start. Finished off with the home made limoncello which the the ladies adored. Rome should be proud of this exceptional food and service offering. Hopefully one day Pietro can open up a restaurant... More

Went there for lunch. I Awesome food. The maitre really went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. The starters were diverse and enjoyable. Great selection of wine. Very, very reasonable price. Looking forward to go there again.

Everywhere we went we were able to find great food choices, but Zagara was one of the best! The owner was awesome. The food was so, so good. They had WiFi which is great if your travelling. The place was spacious, clean and bright. Overall a PERFECT evening.

I had the Bombolotti Alla Gricia and it was superb. My daughter had the seafood rissoto and couldn't stop raving about it. Service is gracious and attentive. Would definitely come back.

Loved the restaurant. The waiters are very polite and nice, the food is amazing. I ate a plate with shrimp and vongole which looked great. I'm glad I can bring a little piece of there in my memory.

We had seafood pasta and risotto, their homemade tagliolini(kind of smoked spaghetti) was excellent! The lobster, shrimps and mussels are good but personally think the food are a little bit salty. Lovely tiramisu. Most importantly, their excellent hospitality(the best in this trip) added great value and pleasure for the meal! It's also a good bargain booking online for the discount.

The food was good, wine list ok, but our desserts were the best part of the meal. The decor is modern, different than most of the restaurants in the area. Pretty loud inside. Try the lobster risotto.
