Very friendly service and excellent food, relaxed and chilled night out. Authentic Sicilian restaurant, but prepared to cater for the odd fussy eater. Menu in Italian but waiter will talk you through each dish and make recommendation's. Good food, well cooked and presented.

Great place, very authentic, clearly we were the only tourists there. It was so good we went back the next night! If you aren’t familiar with Sicilian food or can’t read the Italian menu just ask for recommendations, we did that both nights and had...More

This was my favorite restaurant when I lived in the Monteverde Neighborhood for many years. Authentic Sicilian dishes like swordfish, pasta with tomatoes and eggplant, and many more. The pasta with sardines was not as good as it used to be, but everything else was...More

This was the locals favorite, it felt like, which is all promising. Not many tourists when we were there. As usual, it may be a little difficult to get the best dishes that Italians always seem to get in. But we ate and drank very...More

Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is
Rome’s popular "getaway" neighborhood, coveted for its
greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili,
is the area's centerpiece with affordable prices and
peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away
from the center to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday
and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos.
Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public
