Amazing. Three friends, we stopped there after visiting the ruins. Local food, warm staff, at the right price. Strongly suggested!

Service was exceptional! We showed up a little after 7:00 PM and Salvatore seated us right away even though we didn't have a reservation and it was about 20 minutes before the Restaurant opened. The food was great with Roberto assisting us with our selection...of food and wine with no up-selling. Atmosphere was quiet, secluded, rustic neat and clean. We happened to get a quick look at the kitchen and noted it was very clean too. Roberto spoke English pretty well even though it was heavily accented. The only negative portion of our visit was that the chairs were a little uncomfortable. Via Harley Davidson T-shirt.More

I can't say enough about how good this place is! The fresh pasta and pizzaiola are the absolute best and the house wine is as delicious as it is cheap. Our waiter was helpful in explaining the menu and making recommendations. If I am ever...back in town this will be one of my first stops! Update: I was back in town and it was one of my first stops. I love this place. Roberto recognized me after four years between visits! As before, the food is fantastic and the wine is cheap; the two most important parts of an Italian restaurant in my opinion. I'll be back again, I just hope it takes me less than four years this time!More

Had one of the best experiences in a restaurant. The owner was so welcoming and friendly. The food was out of this world delicious. I would recommend anyone that goes to Pompeii to go and eat a Add’ù Mimi!!

After reading raving reviews, our family of four set out to find this restaurant. While the front room was empty, we continued though the alley to the back room to find a hidden gem! Our dinner was one of our most favorite experiences as a...family! The food was the best we have had on our trip, the prices were outstanding, but Roberto’s charm, dedication, and personal touches turned a wonderful dinner into a night to be cherished forever. Thank you, Roberto. This is sure to be a highlight from our trip to Italy! Everyone, please do yourself a favor and have a meal here! Listen to Roberto’s suggestions and have the meal of a lifetime!More

Add u Mimi is an amazing place, powered by the skills, ardor, and dedication of its owner, Roberto. From antipasto through dessert, the loving genius of the chefs showed through. The pastas, the gnocchi, the exquisitely fresh and expertly prepared seafood impressed and nourished our...souls. Dessert was ineffable, with a pastry and ricotta cake so light it seemed to lift our spirits with its very presence. Bits of candied fruit leavened it’s pure alabaster sheen. The rum baba had crema inside. Lovely service. A lovely evening.More

Went based on the recommendation of our Airbnb host and were immediately impressed. The food is spectacular and the service is outstanding. Roberto was willing to recommend fresh dishes that never disappointed. We followed his advice and loved everything we ordered. Mussels, antipasto, gnocchi, mixed...grilled seafood, every plate a winner. We were so impressed we couldn't wait to go back. Next day we were back and expectations were exceeded. More cozzi, octopus salad, pasta bianca with anchovy, capers and olives and the most delicious and decadent buffalo ricotta and pear dessert imaginable. I cannot recommend Add'u Mimi highly enough. It is a must if you are in Pompeii. You're welcome. Enjoy.More

Very typical local food. We‘ve enjoyed it very much and felt so well. The service is great and very authentic. We wanted to eat typically Italian and not mainstream and touristy. The trattoria was just right. The food is from local region and very delicious...- the wine very good. Good recommendation from our guide. From the outside inconspicuous, but we really liked it inside.More

My other 3 friends and me went there without reservation, after our visit in the archeological site in Pompei. The food is amazing: we took the daily appetizers and 4 different kind of pasta. Everything was good, the food came fast and the waiters and...the owner were super nice! They also offered us watermelon and limoncello. Prices good and nice place, so super recommended!!More
