A female worker of this place insulted me and told me to go back to my country, while I was on my phone complaining to someone how bad the service there was. You should start appreciating tourists cause they are the ones who leave the money in a touristic place like this. I never write bad reviews but today I... More

Whenever I start a review about what a great location a restaurant has that means the food was just ok. I am sorry I can't say the food was any better than average but all the servers seemed to be in a rush to get out of there. So location great, food & service average. The hotel building itself is... Our family stopped here (outside) for a small nibble before we went into the excavations of Pompeii and had coffee, juice, and croissants. The cream croissant was fabulous! It's a little spendy---we paid 23 Euro for espresso, cappuccino, three juices, and five croissants for the family--but it is a pleasant outdoor atmosphere tucked away from most of the noise and... On arrival we were very impressed by the fabulous building. We had a fixed price lunch - but this should not be an excuse for bad service or poor food. After our drinks order was taken we were advised we had a choice of chips or salad with our main course. I was looking forward to salad until my husband... More

breakfast was terrible the meats and cheeses were not refrigerated or covered properly and covered in flies (this includes the bread!). Staff were smoking in the dining room prior to breakfast and also in food prep areas! Evening meal choices were minimal.

After a long day of touring the ruins this restaurant was a great choice. Service was excellant. Nice choices on the menu and the food was well prepared and tasted wonderful. We returned a second night and the service and food were equally excellant.

There was three of us and we each had different things from the menu. Overall we found the food salty and unimaginative. Didn't think I would find a place with bad food in Italy.

We ate here as a pre-organized group from our tour. The people seemed less than thrilled to have us there. It was extremely stuffy inside but the food was okay.

Loved the true, original flavor of their pizza. Only In Naples, the birthplace of pizza, would you find such an epicurean delight as their Pizza Margherita. It's the way pizza is should be made, should be cooked and should taste. Papa John would be chased out of town with torches and pitchforks. Too bad they don't deliver.

Our travel group of 50 just needed an inexpensive quick lunch before our scheduled tour of the ruins. There was a combo meal of salad or fries, pizza or pasta, dessert and drink for €13. The fries were a little soggy but the closest to American food we'd had in days. The pasta was just thin spaghetti with some meat... More
