First off, I did not buy anything, did not get served. Staff kind of into talking with locals, in sll credit we did not look presentable when we enter inside, which should not be excuse, but well.... Pices are not clearly marked so carefull, you...do not know if they are for whole shelf or what. Vesuvio shape chocolate are produced by eveyone here. Do not expect Belgian type of chocolates, this is not their forteMore

I visited the laboratory where they make chocolate and the shop attached to it. The chocolate is fantastic and the great ideas of the master chef Gennaro Bottone make this unique place a must go when visiting Naples. The fresh all hand made chocolate pieces...are a treat to the eyes and the mouth. I love their chocolate and I would recommend it to any chocolate fan.More

It must have been an off day. After reading the reviews I expected more. I was the only person in the shop and I only got half of what I ordered. My Italian is poor but it’s not that bad. I had an orange tarufo...that tasted fine but too sweet for me and trashed most of it. That is not not their fault, it was delicious. Just too filling for me.More

Came here after reading the trip advisor reviews. The ice cream tartufo was as good as they say; and in a variety of flavors. I also tried a couple of other other offerings and settled on buying the little chocolate cups in which alcohol can...be served. They are hard to find elsewhere and look pretty good quality. The lady who works there is very helpful and let me try a couple of things before buying. Please note, this is a very small place and there are no seats. There is only a single table where someone can stand if they want to eat there. Otherwise it is a take-away place.More

This was an amazing way to start our day in Naples. The chocolate is amazing, smooth, crisp, and delicious. Try the ice cream truffles, they are huge, and are very shareable. The chocolate covered and candy covered nuts and fruits were equally delicious. This shop...is all local made goods, right down to the chocolate!More

This place was the sweetest experience of my Italian trip. We walked into the small shop...the girl was so nice and helpful. The chocolate looked amazing. She saw us struggling to decide what to buy. Next thing I knew she is handing us both amazing...chocolate. I was afraid because due to the language barrier earlier that day I had to buy something I was just asking the price of. But she was giving us a gift! She helped us find what we wanted because we were a little late to run back to the cruise ship because it was not easy to find the place ...but we were told by the locals that it was the best place to buy real Italian chocolate. When we saw we could pay by credit card...we brought everything we wanted including a lot of gifts and were back to the boat on time and with everyone asking us where we got chocolate that looked like that. It was amazing chocolate, great staff.. It was a Sweet experience.More

We came here as the first stop of the Eat In Italy food tour. I was more looking forward to pasta and the other dishes that is until I had the - Tartufo Gelato. It is a wonderful creation that can not be described so...much as the be experienced. The nuts and chocolate and various layers all make this a wonderful dish. We were told all the top restaurants compete to offer this for desert. Save your self the hassle and head to Piazza Carolina the shop is around the corner.More

Yes, truffled gelato shaped like a snowball filled with all sorts of wonderful and varied flavors - I chose the fig and my husband chose the chocolate orange. Thanks to Eat in Italy Food Tours, operated by Francesco Civita, for introducing us to this amazing...and unique spot! The lovely proprietress shared a few of the delicious chocolates made on site, so we experienced a broad swath of the delicious flavors that this shop produces. Next time in Naples, we will return! Molto Bene!More
