I know it sounds crazy, pizza fritta, but it s delicious! Try it! We took the Clasic with all in and sweet one with chocolate! Yummi!

This place was sort of hard to find at first as it's tucked in with the residential area. Upon walking in, one of the guys making the pizza was very enthusiastic and friendly towards us and explained how to order, and gave us the history around deep fried pizzas. The small size is good for trying out different flavours, and... More

The best pizza fritta in all of Naples without question. Very simple menu, pizze come in two sizes (pizza or battilocchi). Several sfizi (appetizers), soft drinks, beer & wine. Extremely inexpensive, great staff of personable waiters. Five star pizza and service, four stars only because it's very casual. Tip: Pizza "Diavola" or "Completo" both excellent. Nutella Pizza for dessert is... More

I stopped here with some friends for a brunch. It was delicious and the taste were incredibly good. Very close to city centre. A must if you arrive in Naples by train... it is very close to the train station.

This place is about a 10 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale train station, and it SO worth going out of your way! I would have never thought that fried pizza would be as good as it was! The food wasn't greasy like I anticipated, and I ate the entire thing! The dough is thin and the fillings are ample,... More

We normally take the pictures before we start to eat but it was just so good we couldn't wait. This was literally the best part of being in Naples. It is not the easiest to find and just like many others we looked lost and someone outside called us over and helped us find the door. And thank goodness he... More

This isn't in the main city centre, or near where our ship docked - but believe me it's worth the walk. It was a real find, a proper neighbourhood pizza restaurant with authenticity. Everyone was very friendly, it was exceptionally clean and for two pizza, a very large beer and a large water we paid just under EUR20.

La Masardona is out-of-the-way, but worth the effort to find it! Fried pizza was a new concept for me. Now I'm a convert. Mostly take away.

A passerby on the street saw our confusion trying to locate the entrance to this nondescript and wonderful pizzeria and helped us inside where our waiter welcomed us in, got us set at a table and told us the lowdown; best seller and how much to order. We were glad we came out of our way to try this Napoli... More

This is a little off the beaten track if you arrive by boat but not far from the station. It's an experience you should do. One of 3 pizzerias they run we were told and it's a joy to go and sample. The staff - made us feel very welcome despite being clearly tourists, we had a lovely lunch and... More
