It's my 2nd time visit here and still they're rocking the service and food really good. They have spacious location so you got a privacy with other consumers. They serve a flovourful and mouth-watering dishes at low-cost.
Tip: we got different orders so we can...be sure that the taste is consistent, and they satisfied our cravings.
Truly they deserve a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s review.More
The food was delicious, the service was excellent. A bonus is that you can buy real chips here! They seem to be a rarity in Naples. Once again a 'coperto' is added. This covers the cost of the 'free' bread and oil etc. So really,...you're paying for it.vit is worth it in this place though. Christian was our server and he gave us an excellent service. We will be back.More
Situated up a side alley close to the Royal Palace. The restaurant has an inside and outside area, outside is in the alley itself but utilises the space.
The restaurant was busy as it was lunch time and we were told they could seat us...in a minute. We waited longer than a minute though, roughly 10minutes to be seated and about the same again to be given a menu. We had our 11 month old daughter with us and needed a high chair which they provided although it was a little rickety especially as the alley was sloping!
We ordered gluten free pasta, a tuna salad and a tuna pizza. The wait for food was also fairly long with the tuna salad and pasta coming out to the table first. The salad was plentiful, fresh and tasty. The pasta was well cooked, presented well and full of taste.
My wife's pizza had been forgotten and after I had finished my pasta and my daughter nearly had filled up on the salad we had to ask where it was. Minutes later the pizza came out, the same thing had happened to the table next to us too. The waiter was very apologetic about the wait.
The tuna pizza was tasty although the tuna topping was quite sparse.
The restaurant staff were happy, pleasant and made an effort to engage with our daughter which was nice.
The price of the food is very reasonable with the 3 dishes and a litre of water for under €30
If it hadn't been for the waiting times and the forgotten pizza the rating would have been higher.More
Rather soggy Pizza and servicec OK but nothing more than that. We visited after walking in the Spanish Quarter, and I have to say I rather wished we'd chosen more carefully! Not a disaster, but nothing special - especially when there's so much good stuff...in Naples.More
If you want good, friendly service, do not go to this pizzeria. Service is very poor and waiters are not service-oriented and insult customers who complain about the service.
- We had to wait almost 40 mins to be seated (instead of 10...as they first told us)
- After being seated, the owner had to tell a waiter to bring us the menu. They put cutlery and napkins, but nobody came to get our order.
-We patiently waited for 30 minutes. We called 4 waiters and nobody cared to help us.
- When I was telling the owner what happened, a waiter -who first offered excuses -argued that they were busy with 20 tables (they are at least 6 waiters). And when I was leaving he yelled to me twice that I was crazy.
My suggestion to the owners: do assess if you want to keep these people who are damaging your restaurant's reputation and who offend your customers. It is a shame this young man dared to insult me even though I am old enough to be his mother. This is completely against the friendly and gentle attitude I had encounter in Naples.
My recommendation: NEVER try this place.More
