Booked restaurant for my wife's special birthday in Palazzo Petrucci, Naples where I had taken my wife to visit the ruins at Pompeii. The restaurant is in an old renovated beachfront villa on 3 floors. The upper 2 floors appear to be used for wedding functions etc. Let me begin by saying that the food and service were hard to... Dear Guest, thank you for appreciation about the food and the service at Palazzo Petrucci. Thanks for your remarks about our cellar and our wines offer. The beach beyond our balcony is routinely cleaned and maintained to perfection. If you've noticed something unpleasant , we will improve the quality control on the maintenance service. As to reports on the bird,... More

Beautiful location by the beach. Service fairly slow.... Also did not ask if you would like anything to drink when you sit down... Not good and missed revenue opportunities. Appetiser of grilled raw tuna with broccoli and tomatoe pure... Very tasty. Roast artichokes with toast and cheese... Magnificent. Spaghetti with fresh sea urchin and basil... A beautiful dish full or... More

We had lunch here in April and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. And the view was exquisite; this place is right on the sandy beach. We opted for the Tasting Menu (80 Euros) and were very pleased. Of the Amuse Bouches and 5 courses my favorite were the appetizer of Marinated Red Mullet, the Soup of... More

Went for a lunch for 2, found out the restaurant had moved from Spaccanapoli to Posillipo. What a location! We get a table outside that is worth the whole trip. Food experience: a mix of mind-blowing dishes (lasagna bufala&scampo, fidelini al caffé) and few "only" good. Correct margin on wines. Very welcoming and professional team. 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 2... A fine and ingenious meal, reasonably priced for its Michelin star. The selection of fish starter, and the pasta dishes were all exquisite. The chef is very interested in using fresh fruit in dishes where they would not normally be expected. We do note that the restaurant's supposed jackets required and no-jeans policy was not at all in evidence in... More

Very attractive modern restaurant in old historic square. The food was very reasonably priced for a michelin star restaurant but I didn't think the food was quite there. It was good but not that inventive and I felt my sauce was a bit watery and lacking in flavour.

The food was both innovative and good, but not remarkable. The service was accommodating. We thought the meal was inexpensive. If you want a break from the standard fare, it's a good place to try.

We had a lovely time at Palazzo Petrucci. We arrived just before the restaurant opened and they managed to accommodate a table of 6 at very short notice. My partner and I have dined in similar places before but my family had not, they are quite fussy, however the staff did their best to meet their requirements. They cooked the... More

The food is amazing at Palazzo Petrucci. We had a four course meal with matchings wines. I especially liked the pasta with red mullet and leek-lemon sauce. The waiters were professional and friendly, only the sommelier was often too late or didn't seem to understand what we wanted. Nevertheless we liked this modern take on Italian cuisine and would eat... More

During our trip we visited various michelin restaurants and this one is an insult to the others. It does not deserve a star and we are annoyed that we wasted our time going here and enduring some of the inedible dishes. When you follow michelin you expect a standard of food and service. Here they do a taster menu were... More

Dear Sir, we are really amazed of your review. We remember well your visit. Even the Chef remembers that all the dishes, that you define "inedibles" were politely finished. We remember of allergy to nuts. We washed the bread knife with a special cycle in order to avoid cross-contamination in cutting bread for your table. All precautions have been taken... More
