Petit patisserie, is good. Excellent, in fact. The friendliness of the staff is nearly non existent. Service is good but the rudeness factor makes up for it. Not sure how the NY times rated it the best bar in Italy.

Very nice historical place. There is a nice variety of local cakes and coffee specialities. A big disadvantage that no air conditioning is working inside so it was very unpleasant sitting inside above 30 degrees.
