Visited in Napoli Centrale train station and it was delicious! Stefano, the employee who took care of us, was exceptionally wonderful. He was very friendly and helpful as it was our first time and we had no idea how to order. Definitely recommend!

•Worst service ever. •The waiter (60 years of guy) was smoking and swearing in front of my table plus the fact that he didn't care about us at all, even a lady from another table had to call him for give us attention. I am...from naples and i ve been there twice and both of the times the same circumstances! The coffe was horrible and too expensive, for two coffee i ve spent 6.5 euros and you can have the best coffe for 80p as you are in naples. The price is not wort not for quality and not for service. I will never be back anymore! I hope the owner will do something because you can't pay 3 euros for a coffe just becuase you are an front of the see and becuase you got a name, service and costumer care suppose to be the first step of service. • Piccions everywhere and tables dirty for half an hour and the same waiter as he didn't care about us he didn't care about cleaning too, i found the cup of coffe very dirty, and the coffe looked like dirty water, not a coffe you want to expect in Naples! The cup inside was having stain of coffe which is coming from a coffe that has been served after too long (as i've said was almost cold). Going back to the piccions they were going on the trays where they were serving food and drinks, which they were left on the table for half an hour with non curance, and with not even using the sanitiser, the same guy was using them again.More

a beautiful patisserie on the Naples “lungomare”road open day and night! at every hour you will find the line of cars and customers to eat the fantastic typical Neapolitan sweets. pastiera baba sfogliatelle and above all the "graffa" (fried donut with cream or sugar) that...they continually make for to eat it hot ... a paradise for gourmands!More
Thanks Chalet ciro for external way to make Up. That was quite amazing. Haha🙈 love you ppl. (Napoli centrale) Ps. Sandwich was soooooooooo tasty
The most expensive breakfast I have ever had in a while. 5 euro for a pastry , 4 euros for a cappuccino and the quality just mediocre. I will never go there again and seat at their tables. A real waste of money. Two stars...because staff was courteousMore
We're sorry you didn't like our products. Prices are displayed everywhere. Sorry for the attitude taken by our staff. Regards
Delicious Patatine Frittes & vegan pastries I ordered from this place twice to my hotel. Delicious food each time. Defiantly somewhere I would order again.
Ordered twice to our hotel for breakfast. Had fries and pastries (croissants with strawberry jam, apricot jam and plain). Quick delivery, friendly driver and good food.
Stumbled upon this cafe after walking a very long way from Centrico Storico. Had a sit down lunch - huge portions! But my husband saw the graffas on the way out - my, they were good! So good, we trekked back on our last day!...Freshly made - similar to a donut but so light!More
It’s a simple gulf-side cafe that serves excellent coffee, desserts, and ice cream. Very popular with locals and not overwhelmed by tourists. Great place for a recharge.
Thank you for your feedback and comeback and visit us soon! Regards
We had a car with a driver and guide take us around different places in Naples when we visited and as usual, we always ask to be taken to their ‘favorite” insert place here. It could be a restaurant, shopping area, park, church, etc. We...had to have a cup of Napoli coffee and wanted the “best” place so we asked our driver for HIS favorite spot. He smiled broadly and immediately took us here. We did not sit, we stood, received our glass of water and the most delicious and strongest coffee I have ever had in my life!! The banter of the baristas and the customers was priceless. Zoom, Zoom, I understand where the Italian animation and energy comes from!!!More
We spent some time in Naples and surroundings and this was for us one of the best places. We went there for breakfast, they have tasty pastries and cakes, they have fresh orange juice (we did not find this often), great coffee (but to be...fair, all places have great coffee), fruits and the service was good. Granted, they don’t speak English, but you are in Italy, I’m sure you can just point at what you want, our waiters were always extremely helpful. Their ice-cream is really good, I hadn’t had such good ice-cream in a long time. And they put so much on your cones, it’s an incredible experience. Bottom line: this place is for me a must, certainly if you are staying close by.More
We stayed in Naples for 3 nights. And we looked forward to visiting Chalet Cibo for dessert. Their gelato is simply delicious! Highly recommend!
Came recommended through an internet search. Heavens opened with a snap thunderstorm just after arrival so hope of a seated experience quickly dashed! A tub in the car however revealed a first-class product so would recommend highly!
We stopped in on a Sunday for some sfogliatella on the way to Mergellina Port. Very nice selection of pastries and right around the corner from Mergellina. They have nice cocktails, too. Very popular with the locals.
You must come to Chalet Ciro for breakfast and have a just made “graffa” with your coffe. The graffa is similar to a donut, but it tastes one billion times better....servers are professional and so nice and work With such a smile!!!! Keep it up...Chalet Ciro!!!More
