Pizza is simple, doesn't need many words. A M A Z I N G I took classic Margherita, my friend Napoli. both were a surprise.

Service was a bit slow/ we had to call them over to order twice. Wine was good, buzzing atmosphere. Pizza was yummy, however mine was quite soggy in the middle which was a shame- wasn’t the best I’d had in.

I was recommended to go here as being the best place to get pizza in Naples. It was disappointing. The pizza was really sloppy and even though the dough was thin, it was soggy and not pleasant to eat. The service was what you would...expect of a big restaurant..a little unfriendly and not bothered if you were there or not.More

I managed to just walk in the other week (there's usually a crazy queue!). The pizza's are really amazing, if you have to queue up, it's worth the wait, the service was amazing and meal so good! As a bonus, it's not expensive...with their reputation,...quite surprising, but it's always packed.... I would recommend Sorbillo 100% and well worth a visit when you're in Napoli.More

Freshly arrived in Napoli we were crusading to find a wonderful Napolitan pizza. This place was well rated and got some very good reviews everywhere. The inside is kind of small and not fancy at all -small table, plastic cup... the kindda junk/fast food thing....Service was not really friendly, no smile from the waitress and just gave some cold answers. While her colleague didn’t wear his mask at all. Didn’t feel very welcomed and even like « I don’t care about customers, just eat, pay and leave... » The pizze were okay -Calabrese and a 4 staggioni- but nothing crazy. I mean I had many pizze as as good as those ones a bit everywhere between France, US, UK, DE... The good thing is that it’s very affordable. If you’re looking for THE great pizza experience don’t aim for this place. Passing by and want a quick and good lunch at the food price without caring about service, it can do the job.More

Is it haute cuisine? Of course, not, but boy oh boy, is it good. If I were to recommend one meal in Naples this would be it. Sublime pizza, fantastic value and well worth the queue (which in Covid times is not too bad, anyway).

Amazing pizza, lovely simple place and nice atmosphere. Great value. Probably the best pizza I ever had. Lovely service as well. We had narrowed down 3-4 pizza places to try in Naples. We chose Sorbillo because of proximity to our hotel. A lucky call! The...street it’s in is very lively and atmospheric. Even when waiting in line you can order drinks from surrounding bars. So glad we stopped in Naples for a night!More

A fantastic stop on our last day! 100% would recommend this pizza for sure! But I would say go at 12 pm when they open! The menu is just all pizza pizza pizza! And the pizza did not disappoint! I still dream about it on...a daily basis! Must go visit and extremely cheap which is always a plus and the pizzas are huge! You will not leave hungry!More

Goes without saying, the place deserves the praise it gets, big big pizzas, for tiny prices! Would reccomend going at lunch time, at 12pm when they open as it is alot quieter to get in quick, but non the less it is very very busy!...Average price of pizza between £4-€8!!! Fresh, amazing pizzas, but yes it is very fast paced within the restaurant.More

Visited based on all the recommendations we read on internet. Was one of the biggest disappointments. It was so crowded, employee at the door was absolutely not welcoming. It was unclear how long we had to wait or how we could sign up for the...waiting list. After we were allowed in the restaurant the person who wanted to take our order was even more grumpy and put pressure on us to decide really quick. And when we finally ordered and got our pizza, it was a even bigger disappointed. It was way to soft (should have stayed few more minutes in the oven) and the taste was just average.. we had many better pizzas during our trip through Italy!More

Best time to get there is about 30 minutes before they open and you should get to the start of the queue, which means you get in straight away when they open.

they do not take reservations. When you arrive make sure you put your name down on the list and then just wait to be called
