We had a dinner at this restaurant; even though the staff was not busy it was an effort to get them to pay attention, busy doing nothing. The food was mediocre at best and if you want to order salad, order one and share as the portion is way too big for one person. The bill had 15% service fee... More

After a long city trek in Naples, we ended up having our dinner at this restaurant on our first evening. We guessed it would be just as what one would expect from a very touristy restaurant: average food at a very lovely location. Staff was friendly, they tried to sell daily special fish which we didn't order but had octopus... More

This is one of the few restaurants where you get to pay the service twice. They charge you the usual Coperto which is the service then they calculate an additional 15% on the food + the Coperto!!! So they charge you twice. Two pasta 1 antipasti and a bottle of water 60 euro. A robbery! Stay away

Tourist trap. You may go for a pizza but the not the kitchen. They basically charge 2.5 time the service. 2 euros per person for the usual "coperto" + 15% service charge. First time I see this...unfair

Very nice friendly staff. We took their recommendations for a main course and the wine - which was very good. Relaxed atmosphere with a great view of lightening over the bay of Naples!

We were recommended here by a friend for the pizza. Because we were really impressed by the fish dishes in Naples, we ordered a fish fillet dish and a pizza. The food took forever to come out, when the people around us who ordered later came already. That wouldn't have been much of an issue if the fish wasn't so... More

Eating in "Re di Napoli" meant for us enjoying a typical and excellent lunch overlooking the port and sea in Naples. The fresh fish-based dish (we ordered linguine with podorini and fish of the day) and the delicious pizza worth a visit. The staff was very nice, especially Domenico who suggested the best dishes and made us spend some funny... More

I took my family of 4 to try the restaurant earlier for dinner as we are staying in the Excelsior. I made reservations via Trip Advisor and utilized their 20% discount via "The Fork". Family Greeted with complimentary glasses of Prosecco shortly followed by a Bag of Fresh Bread. We ordered fish, chicken and beef dishes. Chicken and Beef were... More
