I was recommended this restaurant by a local as a place to eat after our boat trip, all part of the surprises planned for my husband's 60th birthday. Much to my disappointment, due to adverse weather, I'd had to move my plans from the Saturday...of his actual birthday to this day. But that disappointment was more than made up for by the fabulous lunch at this restaurant. Everything from the service, to the food to the setting was superb. After eating at other expensive places (some not very good!) on Capri Island, we did a little more research and discovered this place. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious and very fresh (I had the seafood salad) and the service was great. The...kids were well looked after and really enjoyed their pasta too. The prices were very good for the quality of the food...given this can be an expensive island, I’d certainly come back here for a quality meal that doesn’t cost a small fortune.More

My newlywed husband and I arrived in Capri later than we had anticipated due to bad weather. We were concerned that we would not find a restaurant opened, but to our surprise this restaurant was not only open, but they were very happy to except...us at the last minute. The service was five stars and so was the food. The facilities (i.e. the restrooms were cleaner than I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant). Bonus: Our host, Raffaele, went above and beyond to provide us with top-notch service. When he heard that we were on our honeymoon, he even brought us complementary Limoncello digestives at the end of our meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re ever in Capri. You won’t be disappointed. Side Note: Order the tiramisu if it’s in house. It’s to die for!!! 😆More

Despite what other reviews commented, our experience was just ok. Service was very average and the biggest disappointment was the Margarita pizza was inedible, boiling soup in the middle, it was even served with a spoon. Even told the server it was below par, and...it still made it on our bill.More

very good restaurant, the fish is always fresh and the service is really good, I am italian, so I know how the fish should be. I raccomend the grigliata mista!

We stopped in near to their closing time in the afternoon but there was no issue with accommodating us and there was no rush. We purposely walked a little further down the marina to get away from the immediate rush of people. The outside dining...area was clean and relatively cool considering we were there during a bit of a heatwave. Michele was our waiter and he was great, friendly and looked after us without constantly hovering. The gnocchi was delicious I wish I could have that everywhere! The Caprese salad was as good as one would expect being on Capri! I wish I could have that everywhere! I believe the chef was Raffaele ? A really pleasant meal in beautiful settings.More

My family and I LOVE this restaurant. Every time we visit Capri we make sure we dine here to enjoy their one of a kind Limoncella pizza. This time we went was especially outstanding. We walked in at 4:05 and the kitchen closes at 4...for a break between lunch and dinner. The server, Michele, was extremely accommodating when we arrived and advised us to quickly order so we could still eat. Michele went above and beyond during the entire course of our meal. He was outstanding. Make sure to visit L’Approdo and ask for Michele!!More

Tourist trap BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Food is so so, mostly over priced. Bathrooms are this disgusting shared male and female bathroom. So uncomfortable and invading. They charge a SURPRISE 2.50 euro cover charge. Insane, when I asked what it was for they did it was for the...use of the napkins. Other patrons of the restaurant were equally as rude. STAY AWAYMore

A group of 8 of us enjoyed a leisurely lunch here. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The setting is beautiful with a view of the harbor.

We had the fried large calamari it was very fresh followed by followed by the seafood pasta again delicious and fresh. And for the dessert we had Tiramisu the best I’ve had and we are from NY we have amazing Italian food back home. Hands...down the Tiramisu was the best!!! This is a beautiful waterfront restaurant. The waiters were attentive and great. This restaurant was recommended to us by a local he told us to stay away from the restaurants right when you get off the docks the better ones are just 5 minute walking distance and he was right. I went on his recommendation and it didn’t fail.More
