Came by this one by chance. It was really busy but they found room for us almost immediately. Good choice on the menu and the staff were very funny and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Good food nicely presented and reasonable price. Nice small ice-cream with the bill

This place was great. I'm going to 2nd the person who said the sciatelli(not sure how to spell) di mare was absolutely delicious, best ever had. Pasta was egg and freshly made and the basic oil sauce was thick and great to soak up with the bread. The resto is well placed and has great atmosphere. Waiters are friendly and... More

Having visited this restaurant last year every night of our summer holiday we just had to return back this year. We were greeted warmly again by all the staff including Augustino, Antonella,Miguel and Sergio of which all recognised our son who made friends with them all last year! We enjoyed yet more food in this buzzing little restaurant in the... More

The staff were friendly, but the food was average and overpriced. The pizza was okay but lacked the nice fluffy crust that most of the other traditional Italian places have. The pasta was expensive for just a few clams and some spaghetti and it felt as if the spaghetti was packaged just like the pizza base. The overall atmosphere felt... More

Found the staff to be friendly, singing amongst themselves. I ordered the scialatielli al mare and the flavors were incredible ! Yes, it was a bit pricey but the complimentary mini home made gelati at the end made it all worth it.

We ordered calamari for starter and presentation was amazing but tasted bit rubbery. Salads were full of lettuce and had only few things on the top. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I won't forget is that bread was amazing. Overall came to €38 for one starter,2 salads and bottle of water.

The cakes drew us in to this place. It was so Lavender! It was a little cramped inside but we wanted the coolness of the air conditioning and it was so clean. The choice of cakes and ice-creams was immense. I had a chocolate brownie cake which came with a little dish of ice-cream and a wafer. How it was... More

During our three night stay in Sorrento, we went to Ristorante Monnalisa for late night desserts and wine. This restaurant has managed to get an Average overall ranking from me because its desserts and the wine that stole the show from an otherwise ignorant, dull, unfriendly staff that lacked the knowledge of their own restaurant's menu. They appeared to us... More

I have travelled all over Italy and have been to Sorrento numerous times. I have never experienced such outrageous prices --6 Euro each for a cold espresso and 6 Euro for a dry, tough biscuit that I couldn't eat!!! I have always eaten well in Italy having the best pastries (approx.1-3 Euro) and espresso (1.50-2 Euro) and could not believe... More

If you have room for dessert. It don't want to eat at a restaurant, treat yourself to a beautifully presented delicacy from this pasticceria. A few tables to eat in, or they will package your purchase in a pretty box to take away.
