We stumbled upon this place on trip advisor and decided to give it a shot. Showed up on a rainy night to only the inside open and was still impressed with the food and service. The food was the best we had in Sorrento, the zucchini flowers and any seafood pasta were great. Everyone was very friendly as well, so... More

The garden setting is wonderful and the food was delicious. First was the complimentary Prosecco and a free starter. We shared the stuffed zucchini flowers and each had the ravioli of shrimp in a creamy lemon sauce. Finished with the best ever lemon sorbet and a free limoncello. We loved every mouthful. The one gripe was the entertainment... the girl... More

A couple we met at our hotel recommended this restaurant which is based in the garden of a villa. We only tried the fish and although my wife and I chose different fish dishes from the menu we both agreed they were among some of the best cooked fish meals we had ever eaten. There was nightly entertainment and on... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of the apartment we stayed in, checked out on tripadvisor and decided to try it. Glad we got the recommendation as would have never “passed it” and if we did probably would not have noticed. Down a back street, then up an alley. When we arrived we it did look like... More

This place should be right at the top of your list. We went twice on our weeks holiday. Sitting in a garden with live music. Wonderful food. If you want to be seated in the caves/alcove you have to book. But all the tables are great. All the staff are very friendly make you feel you are a valued guest.... More

Our dinner at I Giardini di Tasso was a complete experience. Once you find the restaurant at the end of the alley, the elegance begins. After seating in the lovely garden, we were presented with a complimentary Prosecco. The owner greeted us, discussing everything from the 300 year old lemon tree to the menu. We ordered the fried zucchini flowers... More

Amazing atmosphere, the homemade Italian food, fresh from the garden. Best Limoncello we've tried at Amalfi Coast. Not your usual touristy overcrowded, loud place, but authentic and unique experience. First class, attentive service, linen tablecloths, privacy sitting in a " cave type" cabin under the ancient aqueduct in a lemon trees garden. Can't wait to return to Sorrento! Thank you,... More

Mario the owner treated us like family. The food was the best of Sorrento. His ravioli with shrimp in lemon sauce was exquisite. The garden is beautiful and home made limoncello from his garden was the best. You should add this restaurant to your map and do not miss this rare find.

We vent to this place again. We were not disappointed , a very special restaurant. Though one surprise is that the house wine is that good , had a glass of the white yesterday evening , a full body wine . Were invited to the kitchen area as well in order to inspect the selection of lobsters for the diner... More

Mario was the perfect host. The evening we were there, it was raining, and we couldn't sit in the garden. However, he had a guitar player accompanying dinner inside which was just lovely. Mario was proud of his delicious local wine made by his brother. He locally sourced many of the vegetables and lemons from his garden, and the food... More
